We're glad you're drawn to Aurich and found us! FYI: In 2026, there will be construction work next door on weekdays. Our lovingly furnished apartment with kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom is located in a historic East Frisian workers' house from 1928. It is located on the outskirts of Aurich and is therefore both close to the city and close to nature. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing vacation near the North Sea coast and Wadden Sea. Feel at home with us!

Welcome to Peerstall, our cozy apartment in the heart of East Frisia! In the middle of hedgerows is our Gulfhof from 1914, which we have renovated in an energy-efficient way in recent years. My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

The approximately 60 m² attic apartment is located in a well-kept, listed townhouse in the city center of Aurich. The pedestrian zone as well as sports facilities with De Baalje or the harbor area are within walking distance. Close to shopping (food, drugstore). The proximity to the coast and the swimming lake Tannenhausen are perfect for day trips. The apartment was newly expanded and equipped in 2015/2016.
