The apartments are located close to the city center at Aurich harbor and offer you comfortable accommodation for up to three people. The city center of Aurich and the bus station are within walking distance within a few minutes. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are several restaurants, the Aurich swimming pool "debaalje" with outdoor pool, sauna landscape & children's play pool and numerous (cycling) hiking trails on the Ems Jade Canal . The pier of the MS Aurich is located in close proximity.

In an old country house a little off the beaten track, you will find a small kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom, a cozy living room with dining area and a bedroom with a double bed on 60 square meters. Not suitable for children. In front of the apartment is a fenced area where your dog can run freely. There is a beach chair and garden furniture available to linger. A beautiful forest directly opposite invites you to stroll. It is about 6 km to Aurich, and you can reach the North Sea in about 30 minutes.

Unsere liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Küche, Wohnzimmer, Bad und Schlafzimmer befindet sich in einem historischen ostfriesischen Arbeiterhaus von 1928. Sie liegt am Auricher Stadtrand und ist damit sowohl stadt- als auch naturnah. Die Wohnung hat alles, was ihr für einen erholsamen Urlaub nahe Nordseeküste und Wattenmeer braucht. Fühlt euch bei uns wie Zuhause!

Die Ferienwohnung wurde im Mai 2022 fertiggestellt und liegt im 1.OG auf Gut Winkel, dem ältesten noch existierenden Hof (1746) in der Gemeinde Apen. Sie ist sehr hochwertig und liebevoll ausgestattet und bietet auf ca. 75qm 2 Personen Platz. Die Gartenbenutzung ist selbstverständlich erlaubt. Wir leben hier zusammen mit unseren Hunden, Katzen und Pferden und freuen uns, Dich in dieser Idylle begrüßen zu dürfen. Der Hof hat eine ganz besondere Aura, die es zu entdecken gilt.

Geboten wird Ihnen eine große, stilvolle Ferienwohnung in einer Oberen Etage. Der Wohnbereich bietet eine Küchezeilen, einen Arbeitsplatz und ein geräumiges Sofa inkl Smart-TV. Zudem steht in der ersten Etage und ein Badezimmer. In der 2. Etage befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer. Die Zimmer sind lichtdurchflutet und freundlich eingerichtet. Die Wohnung liegt sich über einem Handwerksbetrieb, sodass in frühen Morgenstunden Anlieferungsbetrieb vorkommen kann.

Our house with the apartment is located directly on the Fehn Canal, surrounded by nature. Whether it's bike tours, fishing or day trips such as to the North Sea coast or to Holland - with us you have the ideal starting point for your activities on vacation. Or relax on your own terrace. The Timmeler Meer with its beautiful harbor and beach area as well as the flower town of Wiesmoor and the Ottermeer with beach are accessible by bicycle.

Paradise in Ammerland

If you're looking for a peaceful place to relax amidst beautiful fields and greenery, this is the place for you. The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.

The approximately 60 m² attic apartment is located in a well-kept, listed townhouse in the city center of Aurich. The pedestrian zone as well as sports facilities with De Baalje or the harbor area are within walking distance. Close to shopping (food, drugstore). The proximity to the coast and the swimming lake Tannenhausen are perfect for day trips. The apartment was newly expanded and equipped in 2015/2016.

At the lake, just lie down, sit, walk, swim, ride a pedal boat or fish during the season, etc... a lot is possible! We are located in a "two-wheel" friendly region! This small and modern apartment is located in a central location of Leer (East Frisia) and is therefore ideal if you want to explore the city on foot. The apartment is a detached apartment in our own house, but delimited and with a private entrance. It is located on the ground floor of the house.
