The smoke-free basement with 5 windows has a hallway with a wardrobe, a daylight shower room with a hairdryer and vanity mirror and a 40 m² living/bedroom with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed), armchair, large smart TV, Wi-Fi/VDSL, telephone, desk, 140 cm wide bed and shutters. This lovingly furnished and fully equipped holiday home is located in the middle of the countryside. The floor-to-ceiling windows give a clear view of the wonderful and quiet meadow valley. Picturesque sunsets invite you to relax and dream. The fox and the rabbit really say good night here. The apartment consists of a spacious living room with kitchen, bathroom and guest toilet and up to three bedrooms. In addition to fast internet, the basic equipment also includes a satellite smart TV.

The Rose - Romantic loft at the Spessart forest

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

In dieses gemütliche Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einer Schlafcouch kommt man über eine eigene kleine Terrasse. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral, 5 min vom Bahnhof, 10 min vom Marktplatz und 2 min von Feld und Wiesen entfernt. Das Zimmer ist ca. 30 qm groß und hat eine eigene, voll ausgestattete Küche über die man in das eigene Bad kommt. Bei Bedarf kann man gegen einen Aufpreis noch 2 weitere Zimmer mit jeweils 2 Doppelbetten dazu buchen. Auf Anfrage Fahrradverleih.

Visit us in our newly renovated vacation home on the over 1000 m² property with directly adjacent stream, covered balcony and large garden area! The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-)

Our modern furnished apartment with balcony is located in the attic of our house with great views of the forest, a larger pond on the edge of the forest and a small pond right in front of the house in the garden. Pure nature and relaxation are guaranteed - hiking, biking or just relaxing! Frankfurt, Heidelberg, Mainz and Wiesbaden can be reached in about an hour by car. A car is highly recommended - there is hardly any connection with public transport.

Modern apartment in a quiet location of Aschaffenburg

The apartment in the attic is a new building and has good thermal insulation. The connection to the city center is by various bus lines (free on Saturdays) or a walk of approx. 30 minutes. Shopping (Aldi, Denn's, Edeka, dm, bakeries, butchers, Sparkasse, pharmacy) are within walking distance in a few 100 meters. Extensive discoveries in the field and forest can start after a few minutes walk.

We are happy to welcome you to our modern basement apartment. We renovated and newly furnished it in 2022. We live with a female Husky who has never learned to bark. If you don't specifically ask for her audience, you won't have any contact with our hostess :). The apartment is centrally located in Groß-Umstadt and offers you enough space for 2 people on 65 m².
