The spacious apartment (about 90 square meters) boasts an approx. 40 square meter private roof terrace overlooking the countryside. The roof terrace invites you to linger all day with sunny and shady spots. The covered terrace invites you to a cozy barbecue evening. You can park your car for free under the carport in the yard.

Lauenbrück is located on the edge of the Lüneburg Heath with a varied landscape. In and around the village there are many ways to explore nature on foot, by bike or by canoe. In the nearby Landpark and the surrounding moor areas, cranes and native wildlife can be observed. Shopping/restaurants are available as well as a doctor/dentist. By train you can easily reach Hamburg/Bremen or take the Lower Saxony ticket to the North Sea.
