If you are looking for peace and quiet in nature and value simplicity and goodness, this is the place. The old half-timbered building, a former stable, was renovated with high quality and sustainably with natural materials. Clay plaster on the walls and the wood-burning stove guarantee an excellent indoor climate, and the walk to the wood-fired sauna promises absolute relaxation!

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

The semi-detached house has been renovated very elaborately and modernly and has 2 bedrooms with polished plank floor, a bathroom with underfloor heating in Italian design as well as a kitchen-living room with fireplace. The lake can be reached on foot within 3 minutes via the 1,000 sqm property with climbing frame and slide. A guest house (tiny house on the lake) is also on the property and can be booked via this platform, so a vacation is feasible in large groups.

The vacation home is located in a listed half-timbered house, the former forest farm. Located directly on a swimming lake in the forest, near Schwerin, on the A 14 and A 24. There is a garden of about 15,000 square meters. There are two donkeys and four goats in the paddock. In the garden there are several seats, also covered, so you can sit outside even in bad weather. The apartment has its own terrace. No Wi-Fi, good D2 network, please do not bring animals.

The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

Our 100-year-old house with adjoining new building with two individually designed apartments is located in front of the doors of Schwerin. The "Gardenview" is suitable for both business and individual travellers. It is located on the 1st floor and offers a light-flooded living space with a king-size bed, desk and small dining area with high chairs. An adjoining kitchen, as well as a separate shower room complete the apartment with garden view.

During your stay with us, you will live in a lovingly restored, spacious construction trailer with a terrace and garden area. It is also equipped for long stays. In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Fluent cold water is available in the wagon only in the frost-free time! Horses can be brought, 1 ha. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. Small cozy attic apartment (30 sqm) in the heart of Ludwigslust. Castle, park, restaurants, etc., only a few minutes' walk away. The apartment is located in the attic of a Gründerzeit villa. It offers a small bedroom with a 140 cm double bed as well as a living room with 1 sofa bed for two persons, a kitchen and a small bathroom with shower.

The swimming lake in Neustadt Glewe can be reached in 15 minutes (car). The Baltic Sea is about one hour away by car. Schwerin, Rostock, Wismar and Hamburg are easily accessible.
