Very nice apartment, cozy, quiet and bright, 45 m2, located 3 minutes from Enghien-les-Bains train station (10 minutes from Paris Gare du Nord line H and 30 minutes from Stade de France by bus or train). Great for the 2024 Olympics. Ideally located close to the lake, casino and SPA Barrière, shops, market 3 times a week and restaurants. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. I'm available to welcome you before and during your stay.
