Cabin by the sea

Cabin on the land of the host. Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included in the price. The cottage was completely renovated in 2020 and is about 55 sqm, 50 meters to the sea and nice municipal beach. Fully tiled bathroom with underfloor heating. Small living room with Apple TV. It is possible to use a charging pole for an electric car at a cost of SEK 3/kWh. In winter, the floor can drag a little cold, there are slippers to borrow in the cottage. Welcome to Bergsåker which is 10 min by car to Sundsvall city center. The bus runs regularly and stops on the road towards the city outside Mittuniverstetet. Here you live in a completely newly renovated farmhouse with kitchen, bathroom and a double bed. If you want to get to Birsta shopping center, it is only a straight distance of about 10 minutes by car and you are there. Bed linens, towels and cleaning are included in the rate. Free parking in the yard.

Private and nice Swedish cabin – modern and close to nature

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Which is close to nature but also centrally located in Söråker. It is a completely newly built cottage with high standard standard. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that will be 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer.

Here you have your own apartment, in part of our house, suited for up to 4 people. An extra bedroom in a cottage a few meters outside can be used during summer. You have 4 km into the town square. Busstop 100meters away from the apartment taking you strait there passing the university on the way. Close to the apartment you have a pizzaplace, hairsalone, foodstore and the horsetracks.
