Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). This lovely comfortable home is located near the city center and a green park. Fully equipped; free parking and free use of two bicycles... Within 10 minutes, you can be in the city center by bike. But once back in the house, you will experience the peace and space. The house has two spacious bedrooms and a workspace with a balcony. Two rooms with a double bed. One bedroom with a single bed. There is also a desk with a computer screen.

This centrally located accommodation is tastefully decorated. It is located in the city center on the second floor, an 8-minute walk from the station. The house is well insulated so that city sounds from the busier front street do not enter. It is enjoyable in Groningen on the terraces, shopping in unique shops in, for example, the Folkingestraat and of course the nightlife. Coffee and tea and a nice espresso machine are available.
