It is located on the famous Place Saint-Maurice: the most beautiful spots, overlooking the canals, right next to the city’s historic monuments. An apartment that was completely renovated at the start of 2024: fully equipped, very high quality and comfortable. This apartment is perfect for a couple, a family, or even a small group of friends.

Large cozy 1 bedroom with us

Our T1 bis is located above our garage, attached to our house. The entrance is independent, without neighbors, with a parking space available. We are in Cruseilles, a small town with all amenities, halfway between Annecy (20 minutes) and Geneva (20-30 minutes) and 5 minutes from the highway entrance allowing you to easily travel the Savoie region. In the case of 2 guests sleeping in 2 separate beds, I ask for a surcharge of €10 on the stay.

Domaine des moulins / The Tower and its Spa

The property is made up of two water mills whose first historical traces date back to 1728. The first mill, located in the tower, was once used to grind grain (wheat and rye). The second mill was used as a sawmill. Its wheel is still visible. You can walk around the 5000 m2 property. The place is bordered by two rivers the Morges (with a 7 meters waterfall in the forest) and the Usses. An ideal place for fishing and nature lovers.
