From the window of the upper floor of the renovated barn, which is located next to our farm, you have a view of the Cabauwse mill, and if you are lucky the stork will be brooding across the street. Aan de Kaai is in (Cabauw/Lopik), on the border of the provinces of Utrecht and Zuid Holland. In the middle of the Groene Hart of the Utrecht Waarden and the Krimpenerwaard.

Looking for a nice place to stay with a lot of privacy? Just outside Utrecht, you will find Bed and Breakfast Au Jardin, where you can enjoy and relax. The guesthouse is at the back of our deep garden. You have your own entrance at the rear of the building. You can also park there. At the front, you can relax on the terrace. You can also rent an electrically powered rowing boat from us to explore the area from the water.

In the front house of our farm, we have created a cozy, rural guest house for you. The house consists of three floors and has its own entrances, so you can stay completely private. Enjoy a cozy living room on the ground floor that adjoins a cozy kitchen. Time to relax and unwind? On the first floor, you will find two cozy double rooms, a single room, and a bathroom with shower and second toilet. In the attic, there are 3 single beds.

We love to welcome you in our cozy detached studio in the east of Utrecht. The quiet neighborhood is just 12 min by bike to the historical citycentre (free bikes available). Your private "front house" has its own entrance and all conveniences. So you will have all privacy but if you need any help, we would love to help you out (we live nextdoor). Ps the new super (pricewinning Bruno bed) sofa bed has arrived and is installed!

Feel welcome! Behind our house is De Schuur, a romantic, cozy and unique guest house, equipped with every comfort so that you can relax and enjoy yourself. Enjoy the Jacuzzi and sauna on the veranda. There is a gas BBQ and a lovely outdoor fireplace. (BBQ and outdoor fireplace for a fee) The bakery with fresh rolls is within walking distance. Sypesteyn Castle is across the road. Amsterdam and Utrecht +/-20 min.
