Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need a fishing license.

The place is located in the center of Grimstad with walking distance to cafes, restaurants, the harbor and the city beach. Free parking. There is a 15 minutes walk to the University(UIA). Many great beaches nearby, 25 minutes to the zoo and 20 minutes to Arendal. The loft consists of a large room with a double bed, a cozy TV area, a refrigerator, a kitchenette with an electric kettle, and a nice little bathroom. In addition, the place has a cozy terrace with afternoon sun. Pets are extra 100 NOK per day.

Parking right outside the apartment. It takes 10 minutes to walk and 3 minutes to drive to Grimstad city centre. It takes 30 minutes to walk to UiA, but there are good bus connections nearby.
