The cabin is located only 10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. 100m from bicycle route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need a fishing license.

Take a romantic paddle boat or canoe in the lake, rent a motorboat and go on a discovery trip through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in a private lake. Nice hiking terrain. The parking space is under the building in the underground car park in the designated space. Ready made beds and towels included. Please let me know if there are any questions. It is a short distance to the swimming area and Grimstad city center. The kitchen is well equipped. Two bathrooms with washing machine. Nice patio with seating area.

Here you can walk across the street and take a morning dip on the town beach, enjoy breakfast at one of the town's many restaurants and stroll through Grimstad's pleasant streets. You can also take a trip to the Zoo which is less than half an hour's drive away.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Flakk Gård is located in scenic surroundings by Tovdalselva. The apartment is completely newly renovated and is characterized by charm and tranquility. The place is good for couples, friends, families (with children), and groups. The bedrooms are suitable for two families on a trip, but also suitable for a group of friends on a fishing trip. Tovdalselva is a well-known salmon river, and large fish are caught both upstream and downstream.

The boathouse is simply furnished with everything you need of kitchen utensils, dish towels and dust cloths. In addition, there is toilet paper. The boathouse is insulated. Double bed (150) in bedroom, double sofabed in living room.
