Close to bathing area and playground.

Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

Also suitable for commuters if you want a furnished cozy home for a shorter period of time.

Short distance to beaches, shopping, the pedestrian street, cafe, restaurants and outdoor spaces. Free parking in garage. There is no terrace in the apartment. There is a short distance to the bus stop and good bus connections to Arendal, Lillesand, Kristiansand (e.g. Dyreparken, Sørlandsparken) etc.

The apartment is new, bright and cozy It consists of a bedroom with two beds, private bathroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed. There's also a separate secluded patio with a dining area. The sofa bed is 200x150 and fits nicely for e.g. 2 children The area is quiet and kid-friendly. We also have two new sea kayaks that are possible to hire. Wifi in the apartment.

Child friendly. 5 min walk to shopping centre and 10 min to guest harbour, boat rental and idyllic Grimstad city centre. 10 min walk to University of Agder. Nice and quiet. Room for 1 car in garage basement. Other parking facilities outside. Need a wafer in the window to park in the caravan parking lots.
