We felt instantly at home here. The house was spotless and fully equipped and lots of lovely touches that just added to the experience. The surrounding areas were great for walking and we had a really nice time. More exploring around the UK and The World , but yes we will be back.

Had such a lovely stay at The Hatchery! It had everything you need and more. The little things were thought about. Really nice quality bedding and towels - and plenty of them! Natalie & family were friendly and kept on top of the hot tub while we were there making sure it had the right chemical levels in etc! It’s a lovely spot for a quiet weekend, near enough to beaches but far enough from the crowds! Lovely!

Amazing stay! Just what we needed after a busy Christmas. Yew Cottage is in a fantastic location and has lots to offer. We loved the hot tub and it was only a short drive to the closest beach. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for a fantastic stay ☺️

I don't really want to say too much because part of the brilliance of Darla's is the constant surprises you find! Lots of "ooh" and "ahh" noises throughout our stay as the children and I found more treats and loveliness! The cottage is incredible. The outside areas are so well planned; totally enclosed for the dog and so private. I loved a glass of wine on the covered porch at the front, the children loved sitting out painting pebbles (that's a spoiler) in the back garden and we ALL loved the hot tub. The beds are so comfortable, the pillows amazing, so many towels and so so many extras. When Carol told us not to worry about bringing Toiletries and sauces etc, she meant it!! Freddie (the dog) soon learnt where the treat jar was and I forgot my toothbrush which was not a problem!! Most of all, we were grateful to have Carol and Bob and their daughter next door who gave us privacy but also made us welcome and treated us like royalty. A beautiful place to hideaway. We WILL be back!!

This was our second year staying at the cottage. Like last time it was a wonderful holiday and we were sad to go. That Cottage feels like a second home to all of us. And we will be coming again next year. The property is beautiful and cosy. The surrounding area makes you feel so relaxed within nature. In the mornings we were able to see a barn owl on the garden fence. If you want somewhere to relax and unwind in the country I cannot recommend The Cottage enough.

A wonderful place to relax. Quality furnishings, fixtures and fittings. We did not want for anything. A lovely private courtyard garden with the added bonus of a hot tub and a safe space for our little dog. We would thoroughly recommend this lovely cottage.

Karen & her husband were fantastic hosts. Both were really friendly & were able to recommend really nice places to visit & to eat. The Green Man which was recommended was fab & we got 10% off the meals with a card that was in the place that we stopped. The Hot Tub was fantastic & enclosed so was very private. The place was really clean, comfortable & lovely to stop in for our weekend away. Lincoln was only a short drive away. North Hykeham had a Co-op for grabbing essentials which was a 3 min drive. Karen gave precise & clear instructions for finding their lovely little place prior to coming & check in was super easy. Key code was provided & we was in. When we arrived, there was a lemon cake waiting for us, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, biscuits, ceareals for a day, a loaf of fresh bread, butter & jam. Such a lovely surprise & wasn't expected. Thank you for a really lovely weekend.

We stayed at this property for 4days and enjoyed every minute ! It was in an amazing stay and from the off we felt right at home. The house was spotless and had everything we needed, entering the property it felt warm and welcoming. The kitchen and all rooms were spotless and all beds were comfy with everyone sleeping really well. The hot tub and pool were also clean and we enjoyed both on several occasions. Katie was very helpful on a couple of questions and pointers which felt like we were being looked after. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will be booking this property very shortly for the summer!!! Wonderful stay highly recommended.*****

We had a great few days at the cottage, whilst we explored the local area and coastline. Christine was very helpful and accommodating as we booked at very late notice. Certainly would look to return again in the future.

Lovely cottage in a great location. Walking distance to all attractions like Lincoln Castle( literally on the door step) Lincoln Cathedral and Steep Hill. Lovely pubs and restaurants very close to the cottage. A fantastic park just across the road if like us you are travelling with a dog, it’s perfect for morning walks! Be sure to check out the beautiful community gardens just off the park. The cottage was spotlessly clean and very comfortable! A very well equipped kitchen and lovely lemon muffins to welcome us and some treats for our dog too! ❤️ Thank you Leah and Kevin for all the amazing and detailed information before we arrived and for a lovely stay in Lincoln.

What a gem - we loved our stay here! Brilliant value for money. Such a beautiful location with a lovely view. It was also very clean and it has such a cosy feel but was very spacious. Emma was such a helpful host. Thank you so much for such a lovely stay. We would definitely stay again!

What a find ! Superb accommodation set in beautiful grounds and lakes. Lush green views from every window. It was squeaky clean with fresh smelling linen and towels. Barbara and Luke were super hosts and it was obvious how much they care for their properties and grounds. We are very amateur fishermen and had lots of fun catching the small fish on maggots although it was obvious that the lakes were well stocked for those with more experience than us. No need to fish though - plenty of seats around the lakes plus patio furniture outside the accommodation, so if you are after a relaxing time away from it all I can't recommend it enough.

We absolutely loved Cherry Cottage. 6 of us booked for 4 nights and had a fabulous stay. Everything had been thought of at the house down to hand-wash, dishwasher tablets, and a lovely welcome box. The house is described as dog friendly but it was more than that.....completely dog sorted with a well fenced in garden, boot room and dog pound. The patio and garden were sunny and great to sit out in of an evening with a beautiful view. We walked locally. through some beautiful villages and hamlets, visited Louth with all its grand architecture and had a good meal in the King's Head in Tealby.

We stayed at Clemetis Cottage for one week. We arrived with clear arrival instructions and a wonderful welcome which included all sorts of treats, such as wine and chocolates, the dog even had his own bag of treats, such a lovely start to our trip. The cottage is beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped. The kitchen was really well stocked with glasses, crockery and staple foods. I had to work in Lincoln and coming back to the cottage each night was such a treat. The cottage is in a beautiful setting with a tearoom next door, a great pub and lots of country walks. Tealby is a great village and very conveniently situated for visiting the coast and other parts of Lincolnshire. We hope to return, we loved it so much.

Thank you so much. We had a lovely few days there. The weather was beautiful so we had taken full advantage of sitting outside. We felt very taken care of! The setup was perfect for us with the choice of going out for food or staying in the garden. 15 minute walk to the observertory and a stunning beach. Would highly reccomend the Observertory breakfast. It is the perfect location for peace and quiet. The short drive to experience the local areas such as Skegness is also an added bonus.

Very rural setting, l9vely village and peaceful. Main bedroom gorgeous, furniture and decor beautiful.

We had a fantastic experience at the auctioneers cottage. Our hosts had thought of everything we could possibly need for our young children which took so much stress out of packing. Communication was fantastic so we knew exactly what to do on arrival and departure, including all of our parking options. We would be thrilled to come back as it was obvious from the guest book, that so many people do visit more than once. Thank you so much!

Our stay at Thor's Garden Homestead was excellent, this charming property offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. The spacious living areas provided ample room to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the beautiful surrounding countryside. The location is ideal for exploring the local area, with easy access to scenic walks and attractions. It served as the perfect base for our visits to Lincoln Cathedral and Castle, the International Bomber Command Centre, RAF Coningsby, the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, and the nearby coast—Skegness, Sandilands, Sutton on Sea, and Mablethorpe were all within reach. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful countryside retreat with great access to both culture and coast

This was our 2nd visit and was just as good as before. Again spotless, clean, tidy and comfortable. So peaceful and quiet. Found some new places to explore, Huttoft Beach - highly recommended if you just want the beach and sea. I think Woldside Cottage will be a regular visit for a short break. Thank you Becky.

A wonderful place to stay: Spacious and well furnished with absolutely everything you could want. Spotlessly clean with many thoughtful touches and a very well equipped kitchen. Beautiful garden with its own stream and plenty of seating to enjoy meals outside. Easy parking and helpful host giving personal check in. The perfect place to stay - we look forward to another visit and would happily give more than five stars if we could!
