Beachfront holiday rental in Grimsby

Had a fantastic few days in Cleethorpes visiting from Australia to see family. Gill's place was lovely and couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended.

We arrived to a lovely clean van airbnb had an issue sending us the check in code but was soon sorted by Joe. There was no clutter and everything was nice and clean. There was a hoover which is a must with dogs once emptied it was a great. We took our own bedding as not included which was no hassle but the beds themselves were very clean. We did have abit of an issue with ants but again Joe soon got it sorted. The van itself was fantastic in a lovely spot on a quiet site. I would definitely stay again. Joe as a host was outstanding nothing was too much trouble.

Have stayed here three or four times now. It’s a great base and definitely home from home. It’s comfortable and cosy and we love the secure private garden. Best of all is the location right by the beach - perfect!

Having stayed at the accommodation many times before, we can’t fault it. It’s comfortable, homely & very affordable. Host is excellent & communication brilliant

Had a wonderful couple of days in this cottage. Everything was as described and the cottage was just so comfy in a prime location. Would happily stay again and was tempted not to write a review as it will make getting a rebooking that much harder!

A perfect location and setting for a break away from home, Sarah’s place was clean and tidy, with lots of attention to detail. We cannot fault the communication before we arrived, Sarah was extremely helpful the whole time! Highly recommend!

🌟 A Little Paradise by the Sea 🌟 That little house captured my heart the moment I arrived. Such a lovely spot—friendly neighbours, two parking spaces, a cozy porch, two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, a spacious living room with a pull-out sofa, a separate dining room, and a perfectly equipped kitchen. The bathroom had a shower and underfloor heating, and the laundry/drying room was a lifesaver! The terrace was my favorite place to unwind in the evenings with the dogs and a book. It led to the garden, a shed, the dunes, and just beyond—the sea. From the kitchen, you could hear the waves, smell the resin in the air, and listen to the birds singing. No signal. Absolute peace. We’re definitely coming back next year—with the kids and the dogs.

Family of 5 plus the pooch stayed over Easter weekend. Communication from the point of booking was fantastic with plenty of info given. The caravan was spotlessly clean with everything you would need. The owners also left us some welcome gifts that were incredibly thoughtful and very much appreciated! Despite there being so many of us, the caravan never felt small or cramped. There are plenty of DVDs and some boardgames for rainy days/evenings. Some info for the local are if you've never been. Mablethorpe is a lovely little place with a quiet, dog friendly beach all year round. The local town centre is a 20 minute walk along the promenade where you can find some fairground rides and arcades to use up your 2ps. There are plenty of great food places around, my personal favourite being Presto (best pizzas you will ever taste) and Ming Chef across the road from the caravan park, open 7 days a week and run by a lovely family. 5 minutes further down the road is Queens Park Chippy. 10/10

Very clean house. Provided us with milk,tea and coffee on arrival. The host helped us really quickly when we couldn't lock the door. Would definitely recommend to anybody wanting to stay and if in Cleethorpes would stay there again.

I booked this for my mum for a short break. she thoroughly enjoyed herself and was delighted that everyone was same as description. I would have preferred to have a lamp rather than overhead lights. this is just personal choice but didn'tdetract from her stay. special thanks to Will for being so friendly and reassuring

Location excellent for the town. Accommodation worked perfectly for our group as everyone had their bedroom and bathroom. Parking a bit hit and miss on the road outside, we took the car out one day and struggled getting a space back. Accommodation was clean and tidy with all the facilities you will need. Julie also very quick responding to questions.

Really lovely place to say with everything you need for a seaside break. wonderful chalet, extremely comfy bed and perfect for our dog. Everything in walking distance Sandra was very helpful and responsive to questions. Perfect! would highly recommend.

Perfect little place ideally positioned for beach and town. Steven was a great host answered any queries promptly. The chalet was clean and tidy everything you needed for a quiet and peaceful stay . I would definitely recommend easy check in comfortable beds cooked most nights so all necessary utensils there. Town walking distance supermarkets also. Beach a real gem also a short hop over the dunes Thanks steven had a great time

Amazing place, my son and I love coming here, beautiful, comfortable, everything you need to relax and the beach right on your doorstep. We will be again for another holiday next year.

Roberta was very accommodating from start to finish. The venue was perfect for us and the kids (aged 9 and 6) and the location, allowing us full use of the Haven Cleethorpes Beach holiday park, was amazing. Very responsive on communication with some essentials already there in the caravan, which was great. Shower was hot and beds comfy. No complaints at all :)

The chalet is a wonderful, quirky space, full of beach house charm. The large light filled living and dining space has everything you need. We particularly liked the well stoked games cupboard. It has two small bedrooms and a great bathroom with lovely hot shower and lots of towels provided. The kitchen is well stoked with everything you need and there is a sweet little porch and great storage room. The garden space was lovely and a proper little sun trap in the afternoon. Location is wonderful, you are tucked away at the end of "The Fitties" in a quiet corner, moments from the beach and the nature reserve. We loved being able to walk straght out from the chalet to explore. Stunning scenery and easy to reach Cleethorpes if you want a bit more excitement. Martin was super helpful with any questions we had and with check-in. We had a wonderful little last minute break and would love to come back.
