This is a small farm on Sødorpfjellet, about 4-5 km east from Vinstra city center. No toll road. Running water, shower, toilet and electricity and charger for electric car. 3 bedrooms, 1 family bunk bed and 2 good double beds, cozy fireplace in the living room. There is a heat pump/AC, wifi TV channels. Cozy cabin, centrally located in relation to the mountain. Near Jotunheimen and Rondane. The family cabin «Lattermild» has all the amenities. Parking right outside the cabin. The price includes bed linen/towel and firewood. The cabin is located in a free area, little insight, has good sun conditions and views of the mountains and Savalsjøen. Nice hiking trails both on foot, skiing and cycling. Savalsjøen is excellent for swimming, fishing/ice fishing, canoeing. Cross-country skiing right outside the cabin. 5 min by car to alpine facilities, ice rink and Nissehuset/hotel. 15 min walk. The field has a road barrier; NOK 80 to drive in, pay via app.

You live 5-10 minutes walk from the gorge where the water is thrown down and ends in a shower where the rainbow appears on sunny days. You live on the farm Jenstad with historic buildings from the 1700s where history can be read in every log both inside and outside. Please note that the room height inside the apartment is about 195 cm with a load-bearing beam that is about 170 cm between the hallway and the living room.

Cabin with sauna and views of Rondane

Kjempefin hytte i Folldal, med sol hele dagen og utsikt til Rondane. Hytta ligger fint til i hyttefeltet ved den nedlagte gruva, og har sengeplass til 6-7stk , med to soverom og to hemser. Det er bilvei helt frem, og parkeringsplass til to biler ved hytteveggen. Hytta har innlagt vann og strøm, oppvaskmaskin og badstu. Alt man trenger for en fin og avslappende hyttetur, med andre ord! Det er mange fine turløyper og langrennsløyper rett bak hytta, og skibakke en halvtimes kjøretur unna.
