I would definitely stay here again. Extremely clean and had everything we needed. Not far from the town and close to New Bern, Bath and Williamston. Great place and the Host kept a check on us through messages to make sure we were ok.

Our family cannot say enough about Dan and Ann. They made us feel welcomed from the time that we pulled into their driveway, and made sure throughout our stay that we were well taken care of. We stayed for about three months while we looked for and closed on our house. Dan and Ann welcomed our daughter and our dog as well, and treated all of us as their own. We highly recommend Dan and Ann's place for anyone looking for an extended stay in the area. The space that they offer is very comfortable and homey. They have everything that you need for your stay, and if you find that there's something that you need, they will make sure that you get it! You'll feel right at home, be well taken care of, and will enjoy the time that you are able to spend there.

This was our second time staying at Nathaniel's Place and it was every bit as good as the first. Easy to get into, clean and orderly, absolutely beautiful property, and centrally located close to Winterville, Greenville, and Washington. We loved the relaxing grounds and spending time outside on the front porch between our day trips and we even made a friend with the local Kitten on the property. We had one issue when we got there- when my Wife hopped into the Shower there was no hot water. A call to Nathaniel/Norma and we heard back about 40 minutes later and they sent someone over immediately and remedied the issue. That's great Customer Service. We will be returning to the area in the future and we will definitely be staying at the El Sabino again. Thanks again for everything!
