The other part, which is completely separate, is occupied by the owner. View of the Seine and the Regional Park (Port aux Cerises), its lakes and its marina. You can enjoy a drink on the deck of the boat, and the swans will pay you a visit! The train station is a 5-minute walk away, RER C & D (registration no. 19-2024)

This 56 m² (598 sq. ft.) apartment accommodates up to 6 guests: two bedrooms with a double bed each and a sofa bed in the living room. Private terrace of about 53 m², free parking, washing machine, dryer and self check-in.
