The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Beach house - near to train to Copenhagen.

Lovely newer house very close to good child-friendly sandy beach, close to cafes and restaurants, harbor, big shopping center and only 10 minutes walk to Hundige station, with train every 10 min. It takes approx. 15 min. to Copenhagen C. There is private parking for 3 cars. There is plenty of space - both inside and out - and a lovely large terrace, with plenty of garden furniture and a weber gas grill. Are you fond sailing, there is a combined canoe / kayak that seats 2 people (see picture).

25 m2 clean, nice and cosy annex with all the facilities. There is a double bed (180x200), 2 chairs, table, cabinet, new kitchen with owen, hobs etc., a nice bathroom / toilet and a washing machine. The annex is situated at a 2000 m2 garden with private distance to the main house and with the forest in the back yard. There is 700 meter to a fantastic bathing lake, which is one of the cleanest lakes in Denmark. It takes approximately 30 min to get to Copenhagen.

Summer house in idyllic surroundings

Cozy and idyllic cottage/vacation home for a family or a couple who want an overnight stay. Possibility of fishing in a rowboat, which is available in connection with the rental of the cottage. The flat, first floor of a house, is located beautifully next to the sea, and has stunning seaviews through big panorama windows. The area is quiet and residential. It is close to the beach and ideal for long walks by the sea. It is 20 min by train from Central Copenhagen. Walking distance to the trainstation and shopping center waves (12 min). Restaurants 10 min.
