The fireplace creates atmosphere on cold days, the infrared heater provides comfort. From the terrace and through the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can look far over rough, frost-covered fields. Ideal for slowing down, especially in winter.

Freut euch auf Sonnenuntergänge von der Terrasse, entspannte Stunden in der Gartensauna und viel Platz für gemeinsame Zeit mit Familie oder Freunden. Die Elbe, der Sumter See und zahlreiche Radwege sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Wer mag, entdeckt die Elbtalaue bei einem Alpaka-Spaziergang unserer Nachbarin.

The cottage is located at the end of a private road in a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac and stands alone. No holiday homes close together, no through traffic – just peace, nature and privacy. There is a stork's nest in the immediate vicinity. The Elbe dike and the Elbe cycle path are 200 m away, and two bicycles are available free of charge.

Welcome to our cottage on the Elbe dyke! Our house and the detached guest house were built in 2021. The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

Unser schönes Tiny Haus aus Holz liegt direkt an der Elbe mit freiem Blick in die Natur. Der 35qm große und modern eingerichtete Wohnbereich sowie die große und überdachte Terrasse laden zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein - egal bei welchem Wetter. Die Umgebung hält viele unterschiedliche Aktivitäten bereit. Das Haus befindet sich in einem kleinen Tiny Haus Park. Die Vermietung wird aber durch uns privat und in Eigenregie angeboten und durchgeführt.

Romantic barn on the Elbe

Our cosy half-timbered barn welcomes you with its thick oak beams and large garden. However, the steep staircase is not suitable for small children or people with physical disabilities. You can walk to the Elbe in the nature reserve in 5 minutes and to the city centre with shops and restaurants in 2 minutes. On the Elbe Cycle Path, you can see storks and sea eagles or simply enjoy the sunset with a view of the walnut tree.

The apartment is located in a listed villa, which was originally built in 1864. There are eight apartments in the house, which are spread over four levels. The house has a living area of 550 m², the apartment, which is located on the second level, is 32 m² in size. The kitchenette is equipped with a built-in kitchen that allows normal cooking. On the ground floor there is a cleaning room with a washing machine and dryer.

This historic building is a typical North German farmhouse and is located on the edge of a small village with unobstructed views of the hilly countryside. Our 2-hectare natural property is adjacent to our own meadow behind the house, with many cozy spots under trees and by the stream. We renovated the cottage with natural materials and furnished it comfortably, e.g. with a fireplace and small sauna.
