Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Comfortable 56 m2 chalet including: On the ground floor: A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction cooktop, fridge-freezer, dishwasher) open to the living room with sofa bed and TV, a bathroom with washing machine, a separate toilet. Upstairs: One bedroom with a 140 cm bed + closet, a second bedroom with 90 cm bunk beds and a 90 cm single bed + closet. Linens are not provided in the cottage. Cleaning at the end of the lease is the responsibility of the tenants.

Our house and the farm premises are 80 metres from the dome and its terrace, with no neighbours overlooking. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.
