We're located on Cape Split Road, a 5 minute walk from the Cape Split trailhead. There is a floating dock located across from the cottage, where you could launch a boat or have a swim. Located close to Scots Bay public beach and the Long Table restaurant. 27 minute drive to Halls Harbour. Approx 35 min drive to wineries and breweries in the Valley.

There is a convenience store just down the road and the bass fishing is great. Bring your water toys and enjoy the lake in the summer months and snow mobiles in the winter.
