Georges's was a wonderful host! Very friendly with quick responses for any questions I had. The place was very clean and welcoming, my group was very impressed and we all enjoyed our stay by the beautiful lake. Would love to stay again

We have nothing but great things to say about our stay at Sam and Robs. Definitely recommend this listing. Very peaceful and private yard, lots of space indoors, and the cottage is even nicer than it appears in the photos. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay, even with the rain we found lots to do indoors.

Overall, Excellent place! I had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described clean, cozy, and in a great location. The host was super responsive and made check-in a breeze. All the little touches, from the comfy bed to the well-stocked kitchen, made it feel like a home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We really enjoyed the place, equipped with all the amenities, kitchen stuff, games, laundry, hot tub, etc. Clean and tidy, very peaceful and beautiful location. We really loved it and definitely come back for a peaceful stay.

We had an excellent stay. Close to all the amenities, clean, great view of the river. Chis and Jen were great to deal with. Hopefully we’ll be back next year ;)

If you like peace and quiet and are also into hiking & biking this location has it all. The Cape Split trailhead is walking distance and Blomidon Provincial park and its lookouts are not far away. Walk can I say about the cycling. In the daytime the roads are dead quiet with traffic (everything ends at Cape Split) and it's serious hill climbs in the area. There are also wineries to visit for those who like the "sip & cycle" rides. And of course the Scots Bay tide was a marvel to behold. Head down to the water's edge via Wharf Rd. for a walk at low tide. As someone else commented, the prices for meat & seafood at Sam's groceries in Canning are very reasonable. Our accommodation was spotless and well appointed. It was true to it's pictures and description. The hot tub really helps with the rejuvenation after hiking & biking. We would definitely stay again and further explore the area.

What an amazingly beautiful setting for a rustic, comfortable and clean cabin. Being able to watch from the deck the changing water level of the Bay of Fundy and explore the sea floor at low tide is an amazing feature.

We had a awesome stay. Cozy cottage on the lake. The perfect spot to kick back and relaxe and forget about our busy life! Thank you Tim for your hospitality!

This was an excellent stay. The cottage was beautiful and well stocked! The location on the lake was perfect, and the neighbouring cottages were very friendly and peaceful. The internet service was great, and there was plenty to do around the cottage. The interior was very cozy and welcoming. We stayed with a group of 7 very comfortably!

This was our second visit to Molly's place. It is such a beautiful spot and a comfy stay. Molly was attentive and thoughtful and the place is really well equipped with everything you need. The view is spectacular and we had the most incredible meal in Canning just down the road. A new find this time. Thanks so much Molly!

This location is perfect for exploring the area! Heather gave clear driving directions due to road closures. The house was cozy, we loved the wood fireplace. The dart board was a lot of fun! We had everything we needed.

Lovely spot, weather was hot so the cool breeze from the lake was very welcoming. Lots of thought has gone into providing all the comforts of home. Lots of board games , cards etc and selection of kids toys and drawing materials . Extra thoughtful touches , a welcoming bottle of wine , coffee pods, condiments etc Having the use of kayaks was great and life jackets also provided . A very calm relaxing feel to the cottage , we loved it!

Great location for a nice night away. It does get really cold at night make sure you put the fire on we didn’t and was freezing,but use the heater

Bob’s place was just what we were hoping for! He accommodated us in every way. We came in a day early and left two days late. He acted like we were doing him a favor instead of the other way around. We have been Airbnb‘s hosts for 7 years and can’t think of a place we’ve enjoyed and more. Well done Bob! We’ll be back.

Absolutely breathtaking! The view from our cottage, the lovely walks on the beach, hiking Cape Split, dinner at Long Table and meeting interesting people from all over North America. We loved watching the tides roll in and out, as it was different every day we were there. We love how private the beach was. It was our favorite place in Nova Scotia! We hope to return. Poleen was an amazing host and very responsive. Highly recommended this beautiful piece of paradise.

We loved the views and the peacefulness of the AirBNB. It was exactly what we were looking for. I loved all the hooks in the bathroom and the towels that had the loop to make hanging towels easy. We're not from Canada, so operating the AC unit was a "small challenge" for us. We contacted Nikita and she told us how to change the cool to heat. (It was chilly a few mornings!) The pictures I posted on social media on the sunsets and sunrises got RAVE reviews! thanks.

Cute, rustic cabin on a beautiful lake. Super functional and comfy spot for our group of four adults and toddler. The lake view is so lovely, though probably too weedy to swim in. The convenience store down the road is super handy for provisions and even really decent dinners. We appreciated having some kids books and games on a rainy day. Recommend this spot!

We had such a wonderful family gathering at the lake house. It is such a cozy cottage and guesthouse with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We've stayed at Airbnb's before, but this one supplied above and beyond our expectations. 13 of us were comfortably accommodated, with an extra mattress and blankets supplied for an additional bed for our youngest child. The kids had a blast with the lake right there and had such fun with the kayak and pedal-boat. There was even a little kids' table and chairs for them inside with colouring books and such thoughtfully supplied. Andrew was quick to respond to any questions and really made our stay an enjoyable one. If you want an absolutely beautiful peaceful place to stay with reasonable distance to some amazing sightseeing destinations, this is the place to choose!

Absolutely beautiful setting, so much fun! Sunsets amazing and cannot beat beach walking on the Bay of Fundy. Inside was comfortable. Great books and games, plenty of towels and kitchen stuff, comfy adirondacks on deck. Great and helpful hosts. You cannot go wrong here!
