Entire house including guest house on the plot and modern, decorated basement apartment with separate entrance located at 5 min walking distance down to the city center. In the house there are 3 bedrooms with 2 sleeping places in each room, in the guest house a bunk bed and in the basement a 140-bed as well as a sofa bed. A total of 5-6 bedrooms where up to 10 guests can stay. The house has a high standard and the well-equipped kitchen offers pure cooking pleasure. The garden offers a good sunny location where the sun shines most of the day.

For those who want to hike in Bohuslän environment on rocks and in groves, sunbathe and swim, paddle. In the ground floor of the house there is the kitchen, the hall and toilet and shower room with washing machine. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms and a hall, sleeps 5. Otterön is without bridge connection, shops, and streets. Hired only on weekly basis.

My place is close to Grebbestad, 6 km and on the Milky Red golf course and close to several golf courses in Bohuslän, 10 minutes walk to swimming. Small kitchen, shower and toilet. The loft has a wider bed, 120 cm and a bunk bed. Living area approx. 30 sqm. A total of three beds.
