Mark and Lisa are great people with a beautiful rustic cottage. felt very cozy as soon as you walked in if you are looking for a little piece of heaven this is the place to be. Would definitely recommend and we will go back next year. Michele

We had a fabulous stay at Lorry’s beachfront cottage. The views are phenomenal, and what makes this place so special. The place was extremely clean and new. Our toddler loved playing in the sand right outside the cottage, and we frequently walked to the sandbar to the left of the cottage where there was a perfect spot for him to splash in the shallow water. There are lots of great little ice cream places and food trucks near by. The cottage was VERY well stocked with everything you may need, and even a wonderful tea selection. Great new BBQ and appliances. Truly, a little slice of heaven.

I cannot say enough about what a lovely experience I had at Mary Kay's M&M Lakeshore Retreat. I went for a week to rest, read and relax and it was absolutely lovely and so peaceful. There are many options of things to do, or do nothing at all - truly wonderful. The spot is beautiful, so inviting and so tastefully decorated with wonderful amenities and little surprises. I cannot wait to go back again for another visit! Thanks Mary Kay for being such a wonderful host!

Overall we had a pleasant stay at Gaylna’s place. The cottage was spacious and like the photos. The lake was beautiful and perfect for swimming and we enjoyed the interior sauna as well. Unfortunately we weren’t able to enjoy the back yard as much as there were lots of geese poo but that was probably unavoidable. Otherwise the deck and the dock were clean and well kept. Gaylna was a responsive host and even offered to bring back one of the items we forgot at the cottage back to Toronto for us to pick up which we appreciated. Warning re: pets - We had with us 3 dogs which we had gotten approval from the host for prior to booking and ‘3 pets’ was listed in our booking. No pet fee was listed in the description or house rules but 1 week before our stay we were asked to sign a contract for $25/dog a day in additional fees after booking which we thought was unfair. Gaylna ended up waiving this after we protested however we would have appreciated more transparency regarding additional fees

We loved our stay in Tiny! It was exactly as described and Jeff was a responsive host when I had questions. A wonderful weekend getaway for Father's Day.

Jed's cottage was nicely updated, with plenty of amenities. Close to town, but with the peacefulness of the lake. A little too windy to use the fire pit, but a nice bonus. And we were allowed to bring our precious doggie. We had a lovely time.

Terri and Theo are top-notch hosts—super friendly, responsive, and accommodating. The cottage is beautifully designed with thoughtful details throughout. Great layout, stylish decor, spotless, and fully stocked with everything you might need. The outdoor space is stunning! We had our own private area with a dining table, BBQ, lounge seating, and a gas fire pit. We were also welcome to use the rest of the patio, which included more seating and loungers—all incredibly clean and well-kept. It really is like a little resort! The pool is gorgeous and just steps from the back door. Prefer the beach? Just a few steps past the yard and your toes are in the sand! It’s so private and peaceful, you’d never guess you are only minutes from anything you could possibly need! Many thanks to Terri and Theo for the chance to experience this little slice of paradise—truly a gem!

This place was amazing! It was mid way from Niagara and Toronto. We enjoyed both places. These hosts are AMAZING! A previous guest caused a plumbing problem which manifested itself in a leak to the basement unit while we ran laundry. The hosts got a plumber to come by and fix it at Midnight, so we wouldn't be without water! Definitely with a family with kids it was greatly appreciated. The three bedrooms were just what we needed. The kitchen was perfect for the few meals that we ate at the house. Hamilton was an amazing town to explore. We definitely recommend this place!! I personally appreciated the coffee bar area with the Keurig. The kids enjoyed running around in the fenced in back yard! A++++

Absolutely loved this house, it was everything we hoped for. Comfortable, updated, very clean and well located. We thoroughly enjoyed dining on the back deck, and especially loved our morning coffee under the gazebo. We were entertained by the mother Robin who was tending to her nest in the beautiful Japanese Maple. Very serene and peaceful setting. We highly recommend it.

Excellent stay. Crystal Beach is a hidden gem that is resurging! Check it out before it becomes super touristy. Some great restaurant choices, really cute shops, coffee, shop, etc.. Everything was exactly as described. Unexpected treat in the fridge was a delightful touch!

Home was perfect, we were a group of 5, each of us had our own room, ample bathrooms and space. The home was in a great neighborhood, walking distance to the GO station, two quick stops into the entertainment district, ample walking distance locations for food/coffee as well. Lana was such a wonderful host, extremely responsive and friendly! Two tips for the ladies if you’re planning to stay here, there is AC but my friends who slept in the upstairs bedrooms got a little hot at night, you may want to bring a little portable mini fan with you, if you’re of a certain age ☺️ and also bring makeup wipes or washcloths with you, there are no washcloths, so washing makeup off at night will be challenging for you if you normally use a washcloth. (Or bath with one) overall 10/10, would stay again in a heartbeat, excellent place!

Greg was super responsive and accommodating. Allowed us to check in early and helped with providing extra linens for the futon. Each bed had towels and glasses set up and rooms had their own phone chargers was a huge plus! Great location and walking distance to the local pubs and restaurants. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful, modern house with a peaceful and charming backyard. Everything was well thought out. This was the cleanest house we have stayed in and had everything we needed. Kitchen was very modern and a dream. We loved feeding the chickens their snacks, collecting eggs every morning, and sitting in the hot tub and sauna. The backyard view of the vineyard was so peaceful. There are neighbors surrounding you, but it sure didn’t feel like it. The area is beautiful and felt very safe. We tried out some wineries and enjoyed eating at Bricks & Barley a few times. Margarita was so responsive and friendly - couldn’t have asked for a better hostess. I honestly can’t imagine this listing getting any less than 5 stars.

The house was as promised-a cottage feel with modern amenities. Comfortable, peaceful and only a few minutes walk to the lake. We highly recommend this place!
