Holiday rentals with a patio in Great Baddow

We had a great stay at Chris' place in central London. The apartment was very neat and clean with comfortable beds. Chris was kind enough to offer us an early check in and helped out with all the queries. It got a bit warm inside the apartment, but Chris had fans for every room which was helpful. The place is very centrally located, in a quiet neighbourhood near UCL and close to 3 Tube stations including Tottenham Crt Rd station (10 mins walk) & Goodge Street (2 mins walk). It's on the Ground & Lower Ground Floor so bringing bags in isn't an issue. Only slight disadvantage is that the rooms/bathrooms are slightly small, but if you're not spending too much time at home, it's not a big issue. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to be centrally located in London and close to major Tube stations.

We had a great stay (6 nights, 2 adults/2 children) Highlights: - Great LOCATION 💫✨✨ Apartment on a quiet street, with little car traffic. But close to all amenities (subway, supermarket, restaurants, cafes, bars...) and extremely well located in London for easy access to the different neighborhoods. - Small but very convenient and well designed apartment for a week stay with the family. 2 bedrooms with double beds (and small individual duvets for children). Well equipped kitchen, bathroom too, and a mini terrace in the shelter! Very efficient heaters if needed. - Very kind and helpful host, even if we did not have the chance to meet him… Self check-in and checkout (keypad) Weak point: - Soundproofing with the top landing a little light... we were woken up one night by the departure of the tenants at 3am... But hey, in the city center you can't have everything! Thank you again for this stay!!!

Great stay, where we got messages from Dean on time and with all the right information. Quick to respond and always helpful. Location was ideal, short over head rail journey from central London, it was quiet and easy to commute. Flat was clean and very presentable - exactly like the photos. Garden was a bonus for a peaceful coffee in the morning! Checkin and out was easy!

Nabila was very proactive, had detailed instructions, and very responsive. She was so considerate and asked what time we were getting in- she then arranged it so we could check in a little early. The place itself was as described, and the location is fantastic! We would absolutely stay again!

We loved staying at this home and pretending like we’re locals. This is a great place, and the host is super helpful. The neighborhood is quiet, but there are just enough pubs and restaurants right there on the corner. Go to the Black Prince for a pint and KT for Indian food. And, it’s a really short walk to Kennington Station and access to the rest of London.

Lovely few days in Renata’s home. It’s a great spot in East London. Renata was very responsive when I was in touch and great to deal with. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay for Christmas with the in-laws. Matt was very responsive and helpful before the booking and throughout. The house is lovely and even nicer than the photographs. The communal space is spacious and well set out. It was very cosy and ideal for hosting the family. We couldn’t recommend more highly!

Great location with just a short walk to the O2 arena and the long stay car park. The apartment was super easy to find and I'd highly recommend for any events at the O2! Olivia was very helpful and very quick to reply.

David was very helpful from the moment I booked his lovely apartment—always ready to assist. The apartment has a charming touch and is conveniently located right next to Lakeside. Bus and train options are nearby, and it's easy to get around on foot as well.

Is a lovely flat for getting around Medway. perfect location for shopping at dockside or popping to the nearby restaurants. stocked tea and coffee which we appreciated.

I am a heavy travellers . I stayed so many places before. Hotels or flats. Aniesha’s flat is like a five star hotel suite! Very modern and stylish. The building is only 1.5years old. Very clean and the location is very convenient just in front of railway station and near supermarket and shopping center. Lots of restaurants nearby. It makes me feel like home. Thank you Aniesha! Aniesha is a very nice host. I already look forward to coming back again! Wish a merry Christmas and Happy new year.

We have had a fabulous week in this beautiful spotless Airbnb. We were two couples and a single friend. We wondered if it would feel small but not at all - it was perfect! We cooked quite a bit and the kitchen is so well equipped! The hosts have thought of absolutely everything you might need. It's in a lovely quiet spot of London and I just couldn't recommend this enough. I'd love to come back! Thank you so much 💕

A perfect place to stay. 8min walk to a big Tesco and bus stop right under the apartment. Stayed for 4 nights and really felt like home. Highly recommend.
