Sonia’s place was very nice and just as described. She so very friendly and immediately responded to any question I had. The location was exactly where we needed and there is a nice cafe and restaurant near by. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.!

The apartment is well located (especially for travelers traveling between the train station and the city center), well thought-out and stylishly furnished, quiet and also offers a beautiful view of the hills (Plabutsch) in the west of Graz. Also very clean and everything necessary for a short stay is available. My personal highlight of the apartment is the light-flooded, small but fine workspace. It was a very pleasant stay, I'd love to come back!

Check-in and communication without problems. Huge apartment with a prime location, about 10 minutes' walk to the Bim. The area is quiet and yet close to the centre. Everything essential is there, including a parking space. We would have liked a few more options for darkening the room, but you can always find something, and that shouldn't spoil the overall impression.

Very good location. Easy 5-10 minute walk to central plaza and all sights, good restaurants, etc. Apartment was clean and functional, although the parking was a bit challenging with the same single lane entrance and exit. VERY tight to get the car in, but really not a big deal. Overall a good experience and we would stay again, mostly for the great location.

We were a group of 6 girls in the accommodation for an extended weekend. After an uncomplicated and very friendly check-in, we spent a few nice days here. The area is incredibly beautiful and you are among yourselves. The house is immaculate, technically up to date and sparkling clean! The kitchen is equipped with everything your heart desires! Martin was easy to reach and always helpful! The HerrgottHö is also highly recommended! Thank you for this great stay!

Very clean house with beautiful peaceful surroundings. It was just two of us but the house has plenty of space to accommodate a large family. Andrea is very friendly and provided us with plenty of recommendations through out our stay. I would easily come back next year.

The place was incredibly clean and well maintained. Christine is the best, most patient, truly friendliest and most cooperative hostess you could wish for. The house has a great vibe and the location was optimal for us: very quiet yet close to the center. We will be happy to come back!

We had wonderful holidays in this very special house! Everything is decorated with an incredible amount of love and taste! Every little detail fits perfectly into the overall concept. It's totally cozy and just lovely! We felt incredibly comfortable from the first moment. Communication with Herman was very warm, quick and straightforward. He was always approachable and responded extremely quickly. Outside you can't decide which seat to use because they're all so great. The view and the air are fantastic. Hiking trails start directly from the house and you can also do a lot nearby. The village is cozy and our daughters loved the freely accessible fire pond converted by the villagers into a swimming pool. In short: an accommodation cannot be better!!!! We are glad that we were able to spend our vacation here and would very much like to come back again!

We had a wonderful time at the Amselnest. Christine is open, warm-hearted and loved our dog right away 😊 In her garden you live like in paradise! The tranquility in this idyllic place is wonderful and you don't need more if you just want to relax for a few days. The house itself is full of art and loving details, it's actually a small museum. We wish Christine friendly guests who appreciate exactly all this, best with a lovely dog 🐶😉

We stayed with the two of us and our dog for 6 nights in Maximilian's house. Everything was fine and sparkling clean! There was a voucher with all the information about the house (e.g. for the garbage disposal). The garden is also used by Maximilian and his girlfriend, but our dog was just allowed to sniff around all day. The hosts were very sweet to our dog. Nice! Nice base for a nature holiday in combination with visiting Graz! We definitely recommend the house, also with a larger group!

We used the apartment because we were renovating our home. The new apartment was in perfect condition and exactly met our expectations. The residential complex is located on a quiet side street and the neighbors were also barely audible. Communication with Maxi and David was very easy and always pleasant.

Main square/centre can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot, food and drugstore in less than 10 minutes - great location! Very large and beautiful apartment that exactly matched what the photos promised. Kitchen amenities were perfect. Communication with David worked very well, the apartment was ready to move into 1 hour before the official check-in. Great that there is an espresso machine and we could start the short holiday with an espresso on the balcony. We highly recommend David and his apartment!

Ingrid’s place is ideal for us, a family traveling together. The apartment provides everything thing you need in daily life. We are especially impressed by Ingrid’s thoughtful welcome: preparing breakfast elements in the fridge (we arrive late and no time for grocery shopping) and giving clear instructions for parking. All items provideed in the apartment are of top quality. We like everything.

The apartment is very nice and exactly matches the photos in the description. The self check-in worked smoothly and Bernhard is an extremely friendly and helpful host who always responded quickly to requests. The apartment is spacious, so we – four adults and two children – had enough space. Particularly noteworthy is the large, cosy living room with an inviting sofa and a spacious dining table, where we were able to enjoy many beautiful meals together. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly and air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The beds were very comfortable and we felt completely comfortable. Although a busy road runs directly in front of the house, the street noise was barely noticeable because the apartment is on the third floor. The beautiful old town is only about ten minutes' walk away – we could easily reach everything on foot. We would be very happy to come

I had the pleasure of staying for two months at Marvin and Helmut's place and I can say that I felt really welcomed as a real guest. Marvin was exceptional: friendly, friendly and always available for every need. The apartment is in the suburbs, but is well connected to the city center thanks to the 39 bus, which in about 15 minutes takes you comfortably to the center. Although initially the place was a bit essential for a long stay, Marvin really went above and beyond to make it perfect: he provided everything I needed and was always extremely attentive and helpful. The neighbors were also kind and welcoming, helping to create a pleasant atmosphere. During the stay, I had a small problem with the electricity, which was promptly resolved the next day. In addition, my every request, from extra sheets to kitchen utensils, was promptly met. Recommended mega living room.

Very nice apartment, beautifully renovated, sparkling clean. The centre is easily accessible on foot. The house and the surroundings are a bit shabby chic. But it didn't impress us any further. We would come back
