Our cozy old vacation home is built on a rock, right on the shore of Lake Hirzmann. It is one of the few houses in the valley – lively during the day in summer and quiet at night – an ideal starting point for hikes (e.g., the West Styrian Way of St. James) or activities in Graz or Köflach. Located in the immediate vicinity of ThermeNova and the Piber stud farm, it is only an hour's drive from the Red Bull Ring. Or simply your place to relax with your own bathing jetty.

The studio is located in the heart of Graz, on the idyllic banks of the Mur River and only a short walk from the Kunsthaus. The cosy apartment is the perfect base for exploring the hip artists' district of Lend, with its countless cool bars and restaurants, or the Old Town on the other side of the river, and then retreating back to the quiet atmosphere of the old building. When we are there, we use a room as a studio where we usually sew or knit.

Do you need a break or do you want to use the nearby bike path for exercise? Here you can relax wonderfully but also be active. The 36 m2 log cabin has a kitchen-living room, a bedroom, an anteroom and a bathroom. In front of it is a large terrace where you can see the flowing mill and are surrounded by lots of nature. The public bus to downtown is about 700 m away, and you can park your car and bicycles directly at the property.
