Good spacious apartment. Close to transportation and few restaurants. Quiet and peaceful location. Claudia was very responsive.

This was my second stay here and again the apartment was great. Plenty of space, has all the basics, and check-in was very easy.

We stayed in the apartment with three families. It was clean and everything was available. We loved the two bathrooms and that there was a separate toilet. The city is within walking distance. We were completely satisfied.

Spacious, classy and well equipped flat in a great location. Nina was extremely helpful. A great place to stay.

The apartment is just a few steps from a bus stop and the Seifenfabrik event grounds can be reached in about 15 minutes. The penthouse was a bit warm, but it was very quiet with the windows open. I would book them again next time.

We loved the accommodation and especially enjoyed the balcony overlooking the city. The apartment is very clean and beautifully furnished, the amenities exceeded our expectations. The public transport connection is very good, even in the evening hours. Shopping is around the corner. The communication with Andreas is great. He always answered us immediately and gave us good tips. Graz is a wonderful city. We will come back and stay with Andreas again. Thank you for your hospitality, dear Andreas!

Since we decided to go to Graz quite spontaneously, it was great how short notice we could book. We would also have had the opportunity to arrive a little earlier and depart a little later. The apartment was as described. The equipment with play materials, sleeping, washing and child safety utensils was truly unique. These many details made holidays with children easier. The communication worked excellently and was very friendly. The location is wonderful anyway.

The apartment is located in a quiet area of Graz. There is a parking space in the yard, you should leave a note with the apartment number in the car. Bus and tram are nearby - in Graz certainly the easiest way to get around. The apartment was as described.

Fantastic accommodation in the historic centre of Graz. Everything in the apartment is clean and functional. The host is pleasant, flexible and communicative.

Main square/centre can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot, food and drugstore in less than 10 minutes - great location! Very large and beautiful apartment that exactly matched what the photos promised. Kitchen amenities were perfect. Communication with David worked very well, the apartment was ready to move into 1 hour before the official check-in. Great that there is an espresso machine and we could start the short holiday with an espresso on the balcony. We highly recommend David and his apartment!

I highly recommend their home to anyone who wants to experience the hustle and bustle of Graz, but want to return home to a calm, small-town environment for the evening.

Very nice apartment, in a great area with many options (supermarket, restaurants) nearby. Super clean, well organized and exactly as described! Michael is a great host and very easy to communicate with, and very quick to reply to any concerns.

I had high expectations already based on the photos but the place went above and beyond. More beautiful even than the pics, a geeky paradise indeed. I had everything I needed for a few days' stay and Reinhard went the extra mile to accommodate my late check-in which I greatly appreciated. It was a joy coming home every night to such a beautiful place, and I would definitely return in the future. Thank you so much!!

Simon is a shiatsu massage practitioner and Yanet a violin solist, teacher and singer. This information has not a direct relation with the house itself, apart from being very polite and friendly, offering even a late check out. They live in the apartment next door, so they can be reached anytime. The property offered consisted of a very large room (over 50 square meters) witch included a small but equiped kitchen, a large double bed and a small table with two armchairs. A little minimal, but OK. A sofa and a tv would be useful. Bathroom was also clean and OK. Simon must do something with the apartment's wooden floor, which makes annoying noise at every step. He must also use a closed cabinet for cleaning and other useful and useless staf and not hide them behind a curtain. The overall experience was nice, as the sun really flooded the apartment with light and the double glass windows blocked any noise coming from the street. Thak you Simon and Yanet!

Very nice and comfortable apartment. Perfect location for Medical University of Graz (less than 200m). Very close to all public transports.

We are loving this space! This year we were already here for the second time in a row, great apartment, great location, the roof terrace is just beautiful and Markus super sweet, reliable and accommodating. 13/10 stars!
