The place was excellent! Especially when was sunny, because of huge windows, wow🤩 I loved the design of the place and that the apartment was on two levels, with a bathroom and toilet on each level with 2 big balcony’s 😀 Everything looked better than in the pictures, that's why I'm super delighted with this place, because it exceeded my expectations! Communication with the host was efficient and problem-free, and full discretion was maintained, which I really appreciate 😃 I recommend everyone who visit Graz! I Thank You Yuliya!

We spent a whole summer in this lovely apartment, and we had such a good time. Petra and Kurt were exceptionally generous and we appreciate it very much. We felt so at home that we were sad to leave. The house itself is clean, tidy and organized and has everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bed and pull-out sofa were very comfortable, the shower is spacious and the water flow is perfect. Very close to the house there are beautiful walking/biking trails. Thank you so much, Kurt and Petra, for a wonderful summer.

We had a great mom daughter vacation . The apartment is in a great location, very central. A little outdated , but that's also the charm of the apartment. Great and decorated with a lot of love. The tram in front of the door , apartment right in the city center, you can do everything on foot. Clean and very friendly and quick communication. Flexible checkout thanks for that !!! Also good for long-term stays, there is even a dishwasher and a laundry room. The garage Dominican monastery is very spacious and very convenient, 10 minutes walk , great to park the car. We'll be back for sure. Thanks for the time .

The apartment is exceptionally beautifully designed, everything is clean and homely, the amenities are also particularly nicely selected. Although the apartment is very close to downtown, it is quiet due to the backyard location. There is also a carport and a quiet terrace. We had four wonderful days in Graz!

Our Stay was Sadly way too Short. Christine and her husband are such friendly hosts. The Apartment itself was super clean and beatifully designed. The beds Are really comfortable and everything has a super positive vibe and touch. She also recommended us a lot of Restaurants near the Place and was at service for any question. We will have Christine always in Memory when we are traveling to Graz . Thank you so much for everything
