Welcome to this converted 50 m² wooden loft, which is situated in a quiet and secluded location behind the main house on the property. You will be staying in a rural and scenic environment with the forest around the corner and the nearest lake is only 800 metres away. The wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere when you are indoors. If you want to go out and get some exercise, there are beautiful hiking trails, and for cycling enthusiasts, longer rides around the lakes await. Around the loft, there are pleasant outdoor areas where you can barbecue or relax and enjoy nature.

Fireplace, bunk bed 1.2 m wide. Desk. Armchairs. Door to the terrace. One bedroom with bunk bed. 2 wardrobes. One window. TV room with kitchenette, stove, microwave, refrigerator and sink. View of the courtyard to the west. Toilet and shower overlooking the church. Close to the forest with berries, mushrooms and wildlife, lovely walking paths in the local area.

FredrikLars farm at Nordmarksbergs Mansion

FredrikLars-gården adjacent to Nordmarksbergs Herrgård: 19th century or older. In this farm, the great inventor John Ericsson's grandfather Nils (b. 1747 – 1790) has lived. On a rock in the grounds of the farm, there should be a curtain with the name of Nils. Picture of this stone can be found in Värmlandsarkiv's photo archive on a picture from 1955 (photo Lennart Thelander, pictures SEVA_11229_36 and SEVA_11230-1), but has not been found in the present day. It's probably hidden by mortar that's been covered over the rocks.

Vår mysiga enplansvilla ligger precis intill älven. En fantastisk lugn och skön plats att bara koppla av och vara ifred. Vi kallar huset för ”stugan” men är ett fullutrustat och nyrenoverat hus. Det finns en tillgänglig dubbelsäng, men rymmer många personer om man kan förse sig med luftmadrass eller nyttja soffan som sovplats. Otrolig kvällssol på den otroliga altanen med en utsikt. Jacuzzi finns tillgängligt på sommarhalvåret. En otrolig solbädd, matplatser, gasolgrill finns tillgängligt.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lakeside retreat. Enjoy a secluded stay with very few neighbors that are out of sight. The cabin sits 10 meters from the lake shore with a private dock. The lake is large and there is a row boat for guest usage. The cabin has one full bedroom and one spacious sleeping loft with two beds and additional storage space. It also has one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a fireplace and access to a porch with a fantastic view.

The little red house is about 90m away from of the Spannsjö, on which's shores my farm is the only real estate.Your little red house has everything you need, no matter the season: sleeping room with 4beds, living room, bathroom, fully functional kitchen and your own washing machine.Wifi is in the house.

The Baker's House - Bagarstugan

Welcome to stay in the old Baker's at our farm in the countryside in the South of Dalecarlia. You will dispose of your own house with stunning surroundings. The lake, the forest, and the fields are just outside of your door. There are cross-country skiing tracks nearby and good downhill skiing 40-45 min away in Säfsen and Romme Alpin. The area also has great trail running and MTB. The lake is ideal for pike and bass fishing from a boat in the summer, or ice fishing in the winter.

Here you live in a cozy timber house from 1909 with modern amenities. Walking distance to Ludvika's range of shops and restaurants. In winter, there are good opportunities for skiing, both in tracks and downhill. Romme alpine is 30 minutes away. Summer time there is possibility for fishing in Övre Hillen. Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half-day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license SEK 50/day.
