We rent out our cozy, charming and newly renovated cottage, which is located in a quiet area overlooking Flensborg Fjord. Do you need to get away from everyday life, love to relax or be active? Then the house is just the thing. The home is located by the beach and Gendarmstien. It has a large kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, and large garden with sunny terrace. It is only a few kilometers to the town of Broager with shopping. Price excludes electricity consumption: DKK 5.00 per kWh.

The house is quite close to the popular gendarmsti and is only a 10-minute drive to Sønderborg + 25-minute drive to Flensborg if you want to go to town to shop.

It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Small charming cottage, with personal decor and many cozy terraces. The house is located in a quiet, beautiful natural area, at the foot of Dybbøl Banke, with the area's best beach. The house has a wood-burning stove and a heat pump. Only about 10 minutes from Sønderborg and Gråsten, and 30 minutes from Flensborg.

Here the Gendarmstien passes and in the summer months the bicycle ferry sails from Brunsnæs to Langballigau in Germany. The cottage is cozy and invites you to many cozy moments.
