Apartment facing south in the city center facing the fishing port of Granville, exceptional view, on the second floor without elevator access. Very clear, this apartment has 4 windows on the harbour which gives an impression of a living painting from anywhere. The large central room is separable by sliding door which allows to create a sleeping space in addition to the bedroom independent of the kitchen/dining room. We have completely renovated this apartment.

No car needed, everything is within walking distance:Shops, beach, museums etc... When you arrive, you will have 30 minutes of free parking in front of the apartment then you can park for free 200 m in a large parking lot. Shops within a radius of 100 m. Laundromat at 100 m .
