The Thunderbird tiny house is located on the Thunderbird Ranch about 13 miles west of Mountainair, New Mexico. We are surrounded by the Cibola National Forest on all four sides. The property is owned by the Wester's and has been in their family for almost a hundred years. We also have other vacation homes for rent so if you want to bring another family we can accommodate that. Right off of SR-53. Kitchen had the items that we needed. Left some tupperware for future tenants to use. Whitney was able to drop off a can opener for us! Had 2 bathrooms, so you did not need to feel "rushed" while getting ready. Did not use the tv as we were tired from our daily hiking excursions.
