The apartment was newly renovated in 2018 and is being renovated on an ongoing basis. It includes a bathroom, toilet, kitchen in the living and dining room and two bedrooms. You can drive to Goslar in 5 minutes. Optionally, the forest is right by the house, which attracts hikers. You can have fun here in both summer and winter.

You can get to the Bocksberg cable car in just 5 minutes, while shops, cafés and restaurants are 3 minutes away. There are lakes, hiking trails and plenty of recreational opportunities nearby. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, a large double bed, a balcony, self check-in using a code, and a private parking space. Ideal for couples and active guests in the Harz region.

The apartment with attention to detail is a former separate hay barn in the Harz foothills. In the village there is a pizzeria and a courtyard café with breakfast and fresh rolls. A grocery store and a gas station are accessible by car and via a bike path (2 km) in Liebenburg. The UNESCO World Heritage City of Goslar with other attractions is also very close within 15 minutes by car. The wider area offers numerous opportunities for hiking and exploring.

Das Apartment verfügt über eine vollausgestattete Küche, stilvolles Bad und gemütliche Atmosphäre. Ein Parkplatz ist inklusive und ein Waschraum steht im Gebäude gegen eine Gebühr zur Verfügung. Mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Altstadthäuschen auf drei Etagen. Nach Komplettsanierung ist dieses erstmals seit Dez 2023 als FH buchbar. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Ihr 5* Feriendomizil lt. DTV-Klassifizierung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Marktplatz der historischen Altstadt entfernt, sowie zur Kaiserpfalz. Außerdem fussläufig zum Wald, Rammelsberg etc. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge.

Welcome to our apartment "Sicasa" in Schulenberg in the wonderful Harz Mountains. We renovated the apartment in 2024 after more than a year with a lot of love for detail. On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.

Hasenwinkel Vacation Home

Our cozy and newly renovated vacation home offers plenty of space for families with or without pets. Hiking and cycling trails are right outside the front door. We also have enough space on the premises for fitters with vans and machines. Unless you want to bring your own bedding and towels, we can provide you with our linen package (bedding and towels) for 15 euros per person/stay.

The beautiful modern furnished apartment is located directly on the Harz. Just 500 m away is the first restaurant. With the bike you are in 10 minutes at the almost 400km² Grane Dam. In 4 km, you'll be in the World Heritage City of Goslar, and in 9 minutes by car, you'll reach the Harz Mountains (Wolfshagen, home to the world record for the largest 'witches' dance').
