The cottage has an indoor swimming pool of 15 meters, heated to 29 degrees all year round, for moments of relaxation in any season.

It is in the central wing dating from the 17th century that we offer you 400 m2 of history, travel, reverie and poetry. Nestled in the heart of the Cotentin marshes in the hamlet of Montessy, this former farmhouse was renovated in 2011. It has a pleasant and cozy comfort with recent amenities. A 10 m x 4 m pool built in 2023, indoor or outdoor, heated, is available from early April to mid-November. A tennis court awaits athletes as well as 4 canoes-kayaks to navigate the river that flows at the end of the garden. Also available: ping pong table and adult and children's bikes)

Completely renovated, surrounded by an enclosed garden of 2000m², it will allow you to enjoy the beach located 4km away and the haven of St germain.

Our beautiful region offers many things to discover, you can also choose to take advantage of its calm, its greenery and its walking paths to recharge your batteries. The swimming pool, the Nordic bath and the tennis court will offer you the moments of relaxation you are looking for.

Our accommodation (13 people max) is close to Caen (25 minutes) and the sea in a very beautiful countryside of the pre-bocage in Normandy. Easy access by car, train and airport. You will love our place because of its beauty, countryside, rest, horses (horseback riding possible), massages and indoor heated pool. Ideal for families of 4–10 people. The 4th bedroom is a very large hallway, so I very often put an extra bedroom in the annex for more comfort.

Privileged location: As if on the beach, this 37 m2 two-room apartment (living room with 140 bed area, plus a bedroom with two single beds), 180° sea views from all rooms with terrace, on the first floor with elevator of a quiet residence 1.5 km from downtown Cabourg by the Marcel Proust promenade (bike path). Guests have access to the swimming pool (15 June-15 September) and tennis court of the residence, as well as a double garage in the basement.

The castle, located next to the new British memorial at Ver sur Mer, is the ideal haven of peace for visiting the landing beaches. A walk in its 4 Ha park where goats, sheep, fallow deer, chickens, rabbits, swans, geese and ducks will thrive will delight young and old. Relaxation can continue at the chateau swimming pool and on the beach, an 8-minute walk away.
