Summer cottage/cabin at Grundsjön

Free Wi-Fi, hot tub, 3 meters from the water, quiet and beautiful, close to nature, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace, private parking, shower and toilet, fireplace, underfloor heating and everything is newly renovated in 2020. Bed linens and towels should be brought by yourself. Cleaning must be done before checking out and must be done thoroughly, for example, vacuuming, drying the floors, dusting the bathroom and kitchen. So you leave the house in the condition it was in when you arrived. Rowing boat is included with the cabin. You need to clean the house before you check out.

Modern and cozy cottage in Mattestorp on Branäsberget, with wonderful views of the Klarälven River. Spacious and peaceful accommodation, in the middle of nature. The cottage has 10 beds, well-equipped with everything you could possibly need, furnished patios and barbecue grill. Spacious 122 sqm with ground floor and loft. Open floor plan for kitchen and living room with fireplace. Four bedrooms, including double beds in two of the rooms, two bunk beds in one room, and a double bed in the upstairs loft. Two bathrooms, sauna, dishwasher, washing machine and drying cabinet.

The cottage is beautifully located next to the Klarälven river. In the surrounding area, there are nice hiking trails and good opportunities for fishing. A large forest area, with plenty of moose, starts near the house. A five-minute drive will take you to a small swimming pond with its own beach and jetty. To Branäs ski resort, it takes 25 minutes and to Långberget, with both nice hiking trails and ski trails, it is an hour's drive. The cottage belongs to Länsmansgården, which was built in the mid-18th century. The owners live on the property.

Simple toilet (composting toilet). 160 cm double bed, access to extra beds and travel bed for baby. Bed linens & towels are included if required. Outdoor shower, access to wood-fired sauna. Access to grill. No running water, possibility to fetch near the cottage. Pets allowed. Approximately 1.5 km to the lake, 2 km to Klarälven, 10 minutes to Ekshärad.

Branäs skidanläggning 7km, Långberget längdskidor 12km, Trysil skidanläggning 90km. Fiske, scooter, cykling, skridskor vandring med mera. Husets ligger 20 meter från Klarälven, perfekt om ni vill fiska. Nere vid älven har vi en fin privat grillplats (endast för er hyresgäster). Ved att elda med ingår! Har ni tur får ni se älgarna, de är ofta på besök 🫎

Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony and gaze out over Klarälven, which flows just behind the cottage, or why not grill a sausage over the fireplace that is at the back of the cottage. Here you are close to swimming, fishing, hiking and skiing. In 20 minutes, you reach Branäs and in 50 minutes, Långberget.
