Holiday rentals with lake access in Gran Alacant

We highly recommend this place! We spent time there with three kids and we all loved it. It's a great place for family walks. The house we stayed in was spotlessly clean and freshly renovated – everything looked new and made a very good impression. The attention to detail and cleanliness made us feel very comfortable. The neighborhood was extremely peaceful, which largely provided the gated area where the house was located. So we were able to really relax, without the hustle and bustle of the outside. This place is great for families – there is a pool nearby as well as a small but well equipped children's playground. An additional advantage was the proximity to the beach, which you can walk to in about 5-7 minutes. Such a distance was that we could use the charms of sunbathing often, without the need for far away adventures. We recommend it to anyone, and we thank Antonio and Mayya for your hospitality❤️.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A stay that exceeds expectations I can't express enough how wonderful this stay in Santabola was. The house was very nice and comfortable, clean and equipped with everything I needed, but what really distinguished the experience was the wonderful host. From the first moment, I felt I was in safe hands - he was always communicating, helping even before I asked, and treating guests as if they were close friends. I felt the sincerity of his interest and hospitality, and his presence was a reason for my comfort and reassurance throughout the stay. This is not just a stay, but an experience full of appreciation and humanity, and I wish everyone had a host like him. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, and I look forward to returning as soon as possible.

We had a fantastic week, we didn't lack anything in the house, very close to Villajoyosa and the village of Orxeta itself. Very quiet area and comfortable house with very comfortable beds, the truth is as if you were at home. The pool plays a lot and you are luxurious on the porch. you would miss a repasito outside and a fenced to the entire estate for everything else great, to return

We had a really great stay in this beautiful apartment! You have a beautiful view of the sea and the location is ideal – several restaurants are nearby. Denis was super friendly and always very quick to respond to our questions, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended apartment, it had everything, a terrace from which you could see a little of the sea, at night it was super cool. You don't need a car to go to the beach, which is fantastic for us. It is worth noting the kindness of the hosts, they have been attentive to us from minute one to the end. The promenade is a five-minute walk away. I would definitely come back to the area

Lovely clean property in quiet location. Some nice restaurants nearby, close to the local corner shop to grab essentials. Pools and communal areas all immaculate. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect apartment! Central, but still quiet, with fantastic sea views from the balcony. Everything is thoughtfully decorated and well equipped. The beds are super comfortable – we felt completely comfortable. The two hosts Peter and Susanne are also very personable, eager and helpful!

This was the second time we stayed at Sylvie’s place. It was as relaxing and enjoyable as the first time around. House is beautifully maintained, still looks brand new. The pool and the grounds are kept in pristine condition. Everything you need is nearby, but if you want little more adventure, car is essential. If you just want to chill at the pool, there is enough shops and restaurants within walking distance. Definitely will be back again.

Such a lovely place, and so glad we got to stay here! Only issue was the lack of signal, but was also nice to disconnect! Would happily reccomend to family and friends, and would love to stay again!

We really liked it, we went with a baby and it was very comfortable to be there. She greeted us with very rich chocolates. Everything is very clean, great location not to take the car, easy parking without payment, there was no lack of detail, we do not need anything additional, we will repeat.

Very pleasant experience, the apartment was clean, very well-kept and tidy, with everything we needed close to us, the rooms were amazing with large TVs and fully equipped to enjoy whatever you need, very quiet and beautiful community pool, the house in general is very comfortable and cozy, a home for anyone who stays there, as for Cristophe very attentive to everything, very flexible, kind and polite, we will be back!
