Family-friendly holiday rentals in Gran Alacant

We live in the area and needed a place to stay temporarily. We are glad we chose this apartment as it was clean, modern, bright and airy. The pool is literally just a few metres with well maintained areas and very peaceful. You will need a car to venture further to beaches etc but everything is on site. Easy check in/check out with a very friendly and helpful Max. We would recommend to family and friends.

Great apartment with lovely balcony and sun terrace is great. amazing views of the sea and only 5mins to walk onto the actual beach. Peaceful area with 2x shops, bars and restaurants along the front. only 25mins to Alicante city.

Very quiet area, everything was very clean and the jacuzzi was spectacular. Peter was always pending if we had any questions.

We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

This was our 2nd stay and it was just as amazing as a couple of years ago. Exceptionally clean with the most wonderful terrace and easy access to the pool. In a fabulous location within a short walk to restaurants, bars and the beach. Would not hesitate to recommend and we will hopefully be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was very convenient and an easy 10 min walk to the beach, and all the restaurants in old town. The apartment was extremely spacious with 3 full bathrooms, the kitchen was well stocked, and the apartment was quiet at night. The hosts were very responsive and were quite helpful for local recommendations, they even made us reservations at their favorite restaurants. We were allowed to leave our bags a few hours early since our train arrived before checking time, which was extremely convenient. We would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend to anyone!

3 couples on a Pentecost holiday in Alicante. We stayed perfectly with Soledad, 3 good bedrooms and 2 good bathrooms. Fantastic terrace. Located quietly with 10 minutes to the center with all restaurants within reach. Highly recommendable

The house was very spacious, bright and clean, it also has a fantastic terrace for breakfast. On top of the building, there is also a large terrace with a beautiful view of the castle, which you can access. Miguel was also a fantastic host: the house had everything you could need, including products for women such as pads and make-up remover pads; he also gave us great advice on the beaches and allowed us to check in as early as the morning. Fantastic experience that I absolutely recommend.

Honestly, a 10/10. The house is a real treat, super cool and with plenty of space to be a large group perfectly. We have all been super comfortable and at ease, enjoying the basket, the pool for a dip, the BBQ, the terraces with the hammocks and so on. Everything was great, and on top of that, perfectly prepared and with plenty of utensils for 10 people. The area is quiet, next to a cove, in a residential area. There are no restaurants or pubs nearby, so we had to go out for that, but it wasn't a problem. And finally, Eva has been an outstanding host. Always attentive and available, proactive, friendly and professional. He gave us many recommendations that were a total success, and made our stay great. So in short, a totally recommended stay!!

The beach is so close and there is a 24/7 shop 50 m away so everything in a close proximity. The elevator was a bit small max 3 ppl but it works fine.

Lago and Alba are perfect hosts, considerate of tourists and caring. The accommodation was really clean and well equipped. The residential area is quiet and a 10-minute walk from the beach. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and you can quickly reach up to two different beaches. Very easy way to communicate with the host. Small delicacies are a pleasant surprise on the day of arrival. I definitely recommend it!

What a fantastic apartment, the views are beautiful and it’s ideally situated very close to the tram station so easy to get around. Rosa was both easy to speak to and informative on what was around for us. We had an amazing time and will certainly recommend and rebook to return in the future. Well equipped studio apartment in a wonderful location with gorgeous sea views. Comfortable bed and a great shower with oodles of hot water and high pressure. Our host was very friendly, helpful, highly responsive and always concerned with making our stay the best possible. We haven't been this relaxed for a long time. Thanks for everything!

Apartment in perfect condition, we didn't miss anything, very clean and tidy. The location is excellent, less than 1 minute to get to the beach and exquisite restaurants around it. A very quiet and cozy area . Alejandro is always very attentive and kind, I will definitely repeat.

Alexandra has very good communication and informed us very well, even during the stay she asks us if we are missing anything. The apartment is clean and ideally located. A balcony with a beautiful view is nice for the evening, too hot during the day in June. Everything is nearby and the sea is 5-10 min walk. All the equipment you need both in the kitchen and to go to the beach is there for a good stay. The building is huge but very clean and quiet, like everywhere in Alicante in the condominiums, swimming pool, tennis court, private playground. i highly recommend this rental. For our part, no regrets and we will come back if the opportunity arises.

What a beautiful location. We had forgotten our computer and Andrés took care of it. Super friendly. Everything was not super large in the apartment but present . The most beautiful thing was the pool with the view. We felt at home there. Had a lovely time and will definitely come back here. Thank you for everything you are a top host!

We have been to the area before and loved the beaches and general area. The apartment is located in a secure gated development, which is established with mainly Spanish residence, which was lovely. Pool is lovely, apartment is very nice, super clean, well equipped, feels safe and cosy. Loved our stay and Pao was an excellent host. Roof top terrace is great with sun beds and hammock. Local supermarmarket

We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was exactly as described – clean, spacious, and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly (which was a big plus during the hot days!). The location was great – quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to local shops, restaurants, and beaches. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, offering local tips and making sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Excellent little property - very nice - my wife particularly enjoyed the roof terrace. Javier's directions and info to get to and get into the house were great. It's location is very good, quiet and off the beaten track, but close to everywhere you might like to go - but I suggest you do need a car unless you just intend to "chill out" at the house. The accommodation was very good and Miriam was very helpful both before and during our stay. The accommodation was very nice and had everything you needed. The beach outside the apartment is great and there were many good restaurants nearby. A big plus with a paddle court and pool on the property. I would have really recommended this accommodation!
