We give our guests a fully structured and complete Apt, even with air-conditioning. We live in a neighborhood CLOSE to downtown Gramado. We live in a dead end street and very quiet and offer 2 private parking spaces for 4 Aptos. By car it takes about 4 minutes and walking about 15 minutes, where at the end of this street there is a staircase that connects access towards the central neighborhood. Family atmosphere, where we give our partners privacy and freedom with a beautiful view of the city and sunset.
