The place is beautiful, as shown in the photos and everything was in optimal condition . Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, apt. Spacious and very comfortable. The pool is very nice too , ideal for cold days with warm water.. Thank you very much for everything Barbara! We would definitely come back and recommend it

I stayed in a very spacious, comfortable and complete apartment. The site exceeded my expectations, with all the items needed for a quiet stay — well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, excellent shower and well-organized environments. The service was also impeccable: the host was always attentive, helpful and responded quickly to all questions. Communication was clear and efficient from start to finish. I highly recommend the stay and, if I have the opportunity, I will definitely return!

We escaped from the confusing carnival to spend the holiday in this beautiful hut. Silencio e tranquidade, but close to several points of interest in Canela ( it is on the road that goes to Cascata do Caracol) and close to Gramado. Kitchen complete with everything needed , impeccable cleaning and a decoration that makes the differential - I loved the red phone!!!! The house has no air-conditioning , but even though it was a super-hot holiday, the fans that the house has more than enough shape - the place is surrounded by trees and very fresh. Nice place, great location, close to several tourist spots and great restaurants. Pharmacy, bakery and markets nearby. The apartment has everything you need.

simple but very cozy place. Everything was clean and well set up, lots of bedding, blankets. The air-conditioning is excellent, on cold nights it makes all the difference. My GPS bugged on arrival, so always copy the address and paste it on the map, don't open directly from the app. Very close to everything. I definitely recommend it.

Both Karen and Chica, who received us, were always available for everything even before starting the stay until the end. We found everything as posted. 100% recommended

Espaço overcame expectations : beautiful, cozy,extremely clean, quiet, broad, quiet for and safe for parking, a space for our pet( basket with blanket), our pet loved it. Can do all the lawn attractions in the center on foot (covered street, sidewalk of fame, restaurants, crooked street, Negro lake, Rua dos Plátanos ..etc). barbecue, 3 TV, 3 air conditioning.. The apartment is much better in person, full of details, super cozy and with a wonderful view! For those who like to watch the sky at night, it's amazing! It is in a reserved and quiet area, but super close to downtown Gramado. I felt right at home and ended up extending my stay for a few more days. Communication with Gláucio was smooth and effective. I'd definitely be back!

The house is perfect! My family and I spent wonderful days in the house. The place is beautiful, all extremely clean and tidy. There was nothing missing. Tomas always attentive and responded to my messages quickly. We did not have any problems with the stay. The only bad part was the time to leave, our dogs enjoyed the space a lot! We intend to return as soon as possible!!

The apartment is comfortable and with fast internet. It could have a little more utensils (wine glasses, dish cloth, detergent and sponge), but it would just be suggested something additional. The location is excellent, next to the crooked street and close to markets, snack bars, restaurants, the indoor street etc. From the balcony of the 414 you can see the building of the Hard Hock Café. Very quiet and quiet place. We congratulate the owners and their employees for their care and attention.

the stay was great, the apartment is like inside a hotel, so it has all the amenities of a hotel, close to the center, despite having a slope to the center, for us it was super quiet.

The apartment is located in a very quiet area and in a condominium that provides a lot of security. The area has several restaurants and supermarkets and you can walk to the center where more services are located. The apartment is very comfortable and functional, we were 5 people and we were very comfortable.
