It is located 150 m from the entrance portico of Gramado, 6 min from the center of the city, where some of the main sights are located, such as the Festivals Palace and the Covered Street, where you will find the beautiful European architecture and a great gastronomic variety. For your convenience, the cottage has a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, glasses and cutlery) on the ground floor, a double bed, TV, air conditioning and a bathroom. It has air-conditioning (hot/cold), Wi-Fi, a fireplace and a barbecue grill. The daily rate includes breakfast and, in addition, we have a separate bistro available for lunch and dinner with a reservation (not included in the daily rate). The space has ponds for sport fishing, for which there is a separate charge.

It is a twin cottage, the patio, laundry and barbecue are shared.

We are 4.3 km (7 minutes) from the city center. Located on the site next to our house on Linha Ávila Alta 2090, all paved route. The house is handcrafted, with a green roof and large garden. It accommodates 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children, 1 bedroom (double bed and sofa bed), 1 bathroom, kitchen equipped with minibar, stove, microwave, electric coffee maker, grill and utensils. Bed and bath linens are also available, as well as Wi-Fi connectivity.
