Casa Valeggia is located in a quiet residential area. The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Breath the fresh air from the valley.

The town of Montescheno offers the charm of the mountains (700 meters), an enviable sunny position and at the same time the proximity to the city of Domodossola (12km) and the alpine lakes. Access by car is not possible in winter. If it snows, you can take a sleigh or skis from the village directly to the house. Antique vacation home

A house to yourselves. Who doesn't want that? The house is located on a small hill above the valley. The house is still almost in the condition as it was built in 1793. Ideal for nostalgics. The house is about 5 minutes' walk from the parking lot. Transport for luggage and food/beverages is organized during check-in time. On the first visit, we go to the house together, as the wood stove and oven need explanation.

We dream by looking at the view, the sun, on one of the terraces or by the fire. To disconnect, discover the Gruyère, isolate yourself to work remotely, get away as a couple... The hardest part is to leave.
