A peaceful countryside escape! I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the shepherd’s hut. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and completely at ease. The hut is beautifully designed—charming, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The setting is idyllic, tucked away in peaceful surroundings that made it easy to relax and unwind. One of the highlights was exploring the nearby walking trails—there are some truly breathtaking routes right on the doorstep. Whether it's a gentle stroll or a more challenging hike, the scenery is incredible, with sweeping views over the Downs, rolling fields, and ancient woodlands. It was the perfect place for a solo retreat to recharge. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique, serene countryside experience.

Beautifully presented with complimentary drinks and biscuits. A beautiful view of an orchard and wild flowers meadow. We would definitely come back.

Exceeded expectations. I was expecting a small place but it was not! Very comfortable and some nice treats on arrival that were most appreicated. Its a quiet suburban area, a good base for exploring Arundel etc.

I had a lovely stay at Tanya's. A beautiful rural and woodland setting, lovely annex, great walking, super hosts etc. I was really impressed with the information provided about the annex and the surrounding area. I didn't have much time so it was helpful that there was a walk described in a copy of Tanya's sons school project and I really enjoyed this walk one evening. I thoroughly recommend this property and I will aim to return to enjoy common land, downland and woodland walking and explore the area more.
