Our charming townhouse from the 19th century is in the heart of the Middle Franconian small town of Lauf a.d. Pegnitz right next to the historic Wenzelschloss. It combines old sandstone walls with an urban lifestyle. In the immediate walking distance is the city center with good shopping, top restaurants and cafes. In about 25 minutes you can reach the city center of Nuremberg, the airport or the Nuremberg fairgrounds. The hiking paradise of Franconian Switzerland is also not too far away.

FeWo Buchwald - retreat in Franconia

Unsere ruhige und gemütliche Ferienwohnung bietet Platz für 5 Personen auf 90 m² und liegt direkt am Waldrand des Buchwald. Sie verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, Wohnbereich, Küche und ein Badezimmer. Die Schlafzimmer sind ausgestattet mit einem Doppelbett bzw. zwei Einzelbetten und laden aufgrund der dezenten Holzoptik zum entspannen ein. Für die fünfte Person bieten wir ein bequemes Schlafsofa an.\nAuf der überdachten Terrasse mit Waldblick könnt ihr abends den Sonnenuntergang genießen.

This place is the perfect starting point for nature lovers for mountain bike tours, hikes, climbing trips, canoe trips on the Wiesent and much more. The “Franconian Switzerland” attracts athletes and nature enthusiasts from all over the world. The good connection in just a few minutes to the A73 allows excursions to Nuremberg, Fürth, Erlangen and Bamberg in 25 minutes each.

Die in sich abgeschlossene Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock innerhalb unseres Wohnhauses. Sie ist komplett renoviert und 53m² groß. Neben dem Bett im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Sie ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für ausgiebige Wanderungen, Klettertouren und Ausflüge. Einige davon beginnen direkt vor der Haustür. KFZ Stellplätze befinden sich in direkter Nähe. Für Fahrräder gibt es im Eingangsbereich des Hauses Abstellmöglichkeiten (im Innenbereich).

The newly renovated house is located in Gräfenberg, the gateway to Franconian Switzerland, about 25 km from the Nuremberg metropolitan region. Perfect to reach by car or train. The house offers 4 bedrooms (three upstairs, one in the basement), a large living room with dining area, bathroom, kitchen and a conservatory and terrace with fantastic views! Bicycles can be safely stored in the lockable shed. Bed linen, towels and shower towels are provided, hairdryer is available.

Im Apartment XL finden Sie in vier Doppelzimmern (je 1 Doppelbett 1,60m x 2m) viel Platz für das Familientreffen oder den Ausflug mit Freunden. Buchbar ab vier Personen (auf Wunsch vier Doppelzimmer als Einzelzimmer). Ein großzügiger Aufenthaltsraum mit offener Küche, großem Esstisch und Wohnbereich sorgen für Wohnfühlatmosphäre. Zwei Tageslicht-Badezimmer und zwei separate Toiletten bieten viel Komfort. Der Gemeinschaftsgarten ist über den Hausflur erreichbar.

Small, open-plan apartment/granny flat on the ground floor with fitted kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer), bathroom (shampoo, shower gel, etc.) with shower and toilet, towels, bed linen, hairdryer. Bedroom with wardrobe, living room with sofa bed, dining table, TV. Please let us know if you want us to make the sofa bed. Families with children are very welcome, there is a high chair available as well as various toys.
