Located in a very beautiful stone building, dating back to the 18th century, this apartment has been completely refurbished in a loft style. You will appreciate the calm and comfort as well as its location in the heart of Bordeaux. Apartment on the 3rd floor, without elevator elevator. The apartment consists of a large and pleasant living room of 32 m2, a bedroom and a duplex bathroom. It is possible to sleep 2 children on the 2 sofas of the living room each equipped with a comfortable mattress of 80/200cm. In the large and pleasant kitchen bathed in light you will find all the comforts: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave oven, induction plates, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. 4 public car parks are nearby between 3 to 5 minutes on foot. Attention the apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator. I will be at the disposal of travelers before and throughout their stay in order to provide the necessary information about the city, its activities ... The prestigious address of this apartment will allow you to enjoy on foot the whole city of Bordeaux: the Gambetta square, the Grand Hommes and the Grand Théâtre but also, of course, museums, shops and restaurants. You benefit from all public transport (bus and tram) in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, as well as airport shuttles, taxis and public car parks. You will be 10 minutes by tram from Saint Jean train station. We thank our guests for respecting the tranquility of the place, our apartment is not suitable for partying.

You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.
