House holiday rentals in Grad Zadar

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus. Es war alles wie auf den Fotos und in der Beschreibung. Der Pool war gut beheizt, so dass er auch im Oktober noch super benutzt werden konnte. In der Nähe gibt es schöne Strände, Orte und Restaurants.

If you're not already convinced by the great pictures of this picturesque home then you will be pleasantly surprised by the amazing host Sabina. Super helpful with anything you ask her and even thinks ahead. You can book this accommodation without having to even think about possible regrets. Very quiet neighborhood - basically no neighbors - and sun on the place all day long. Pool is heated to a comfortable temperature and do not forget the amazing views of the nearby Velebit mountain range. If wanting to do activities outside the villa, a car is quite essential, as the nearby village/supermarket is a 45 minute walk. As I mentioned, you can book this place free of any regrets as confirmed by the many other (or only) 5 star reviews.

Wir waren sehr gut mit der Wohnung zufrieden. Sie war sauber und für ein verlängertes Wochenende mit 10 Mädels super gut geeignet. Der Weg nach Zadar ist wunderschön und das Meer mit schönen Bademöglichkeiten ist nah!

Zeer comfortabele villa voor 3 koppels of een groot gezin. Tevens een mooie uitvalsbasis voor 8watersport)-activiteiten in de regio. Belangrijk weetje: het toeristenseizoen loopt van juni t/m oktober. Begin mei was er weinig open/actief.

Super Ferien Villa mit Nähe zu Zadar. In der Umgebung kann man gut Essen gehen, Jetski fahren oder Boote mieten. Das Haus war im Top-Zustand und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Haus von Barbara. Wir durften selbst einchecken und sie hat uns ein paar Minuten später persönlich empfangen und ein paar Tipps bezüglich Restaurants und schönen Orten gegeben. Wir und unser Hund haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der kleine Strand darf von allen Urlaubern genutzt werden die auf dem Grundstück wohnen ( 3 weitere Parteien) aber wir haben unsere Zeit auf der Terrasse verbracht. Diese hat ca bis 14 Uhr Schatten und perfekt ist und danach wird ein kleiner Teil durch ein Sonnensegel beschattet. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Das Highlight ist natürlich der Außenbereich mit privatem, großem, Pool und Außenküche. Zudem überdachter Sitzbereich und genügend Sonnenliegen vorhanden. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich, die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet um auch mal selbst etwas zu kochen. Schöne Badezimmer, Waschmaschine und -mittel ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Lage ist nicht ganz zentral, dafür sehr ruhig gelegen. Große Auswahl an Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind innerhalb max. 15min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Eigenes (Miet-)Auto ist aber auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen! Milan ist ein toller Gastgeber, jederzeit erreichbar und absolut hilfsbereit, problemlose Kommunikation!

Toni war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir waren zu 10. dort. Die Unterkunft ist 15 Minuten von Zadar entfernt - Uber kommen (98% der Fälle). Sonst ist in dem Dorf praktisch nichts, aber für Tage am wunderschönen Pool perfekt! Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß!

L'alloggio si trova in una bella zona, tranquilla con a due passi un piccolo supermercato e Qualche bar. Fuori casa inizia la strada pedonale che porta al centro storico, raggiungibile in una mezz'oretta a piedi; la strada è caratterizzata da numerose splendide calette. La posizione della casa per noi è stata l'ideale proprio perché tranquilla e buona come posizione. Danijel e sua moglie sono molto disponibili alle comunicazione, riservati e non invadenti. Il monolocale è piccolo ma dispone di tutto il necessario ed è molto comodo e confortevole. Cucina e bagno attrezzato e tutto perfettamente pulito e in ordine! Grazie Danijel!

Beautiful home! There was plenty of space for the seven of us that were there. The pool and rooftop patio were amazing! The house has everything you need. It’s about a 15 minute drive to downtown Zadar and about a miles walks to restaurants in the local village. I would definitely recommend!

This accommodation is absolutely great 😊. Everything is as it is written in the ad. The accommodation is in a beautiful location, 200 m from the beach 🌊. The accommodation is in a large family house, there is free parking and great peace. It was quiet at night and slept well. Everything was very clean. The kitchen is well equipped, you can cook here. There are glasses, mugs, plates and bowls, cutlery and cooking pots. There is a water kettle, coffee machine and coffee machine capsules ☕️. A small fridge that can fit a lot of things. There is also a washing machine where you can wash clothes. The bathroom was very clean and well equipped. A small terrace belongs to the small apartment where you can sit and have a meal. Communication with the Tomislav was 100%. We are delighted with the accommodation and recommend 10/10. Thank you for Everything. 🐚☀️

Lovely, convenient apartment, walking distance from city center, matches pictures and description. Has everything you might need during your stay in Zadar. Very friendly and responsive host and also her parents. Overall great place! :)

We had a wonderful stay at Mislav's house. The welcome was warm, and the house was even better than we expected: comfortable, clean, and perfectly equipped. Mislav was a thoughtful and responsive host, making our stay even more enjoyable. He also organized our boat trip with great care, which made the experience even better. Additionally, his recommendation for buying local olive oil was excellent. We highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the region. We had an amazing stay at Marin’s place! The house was clean, nice spot the terrace for the sunset, and equipped with everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and welcoming. What it really made our stay special was the wonderful neighbor, who treated us like old friends. We had a nice short time with her, sharing grapes and figs, She truly was the icing on the cake!

We stayed at this villa in a group of 9 people. The place was spacious, there were enough rooms, private bathrooms and 3 kitchens to host all of us. All the amenities mentioned were working and in perfect condition. We especially enjoyed the evening views form the rooftop of the villa. The pool and jacuzzi are both overseeing the town and the sea. The location is private and away from the town fuss, however, to get to the Old Town we had to rely on Bolt/Uber as its not a walkable distance to do daily. There is a shopping centre 15mins walk away from the villa with restaurants, supermarket and clothing shops though. Overall, it was an incredible experience! Definitely recommend this place for group holidays 💯

10/10 - das Haus ist super für eine Familie geeignet. Die Ausstattung war überdurchschnittlich und wir mussten uns um nichts sorgen. Auch auf Anfrage, dass wir neue Bettwäsche brauchten, wurde schnell reagiert und uns neue Wäsche gebracht. Die Lage ist super und ruhig mit direktem Blick auf das Meer. Man kann direkt vor der Unterkunft parken und der Check-In war unkompliziert.

Die Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Geheimtipp. Wir waren mit zwei Familien und fünf Kindern vor Ort. Die Kinder konnten wunderbar im Garten spielen, Hängematten, Schaukel, Inlineskates vor dem Haus da die Straße eine Sackgasse war. Alles möglich. Wir durften im Garten frische Zitronen ernten, und Salat schneiden. Alle Kräuter konnten wir für unsere Küche nutzen. Herrlich. Wir hatten zwischendurch Probleme mit der Spülmaschine und Annamarija hat sich sofort bei uns zurück gemeldet und jemanden zum Reparieren vorbei geschickt. Alles Wunderbar! Wir kommen gern wieder ☺️

Liebe Danijela, es war unser schönster Ausflug bisher. Das Haus ist einfach wow!und wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, bekamen alles erklärt und es gab sogar Obst, Süßigkeiten, Bier, Grillkohle. Besser geht es nicht. Der beheizte Pool war v.a für die Kids mega. Liebe Grüße.

La maison est parfaite en tous points! Parfaitement équipée et très accueillante. Conforme à la description. La maison est idéalement située car proche de plusieurs plages à pieds. Il est aussi possible d’aller jusqu’à la vieille ville de Zadar à pieds (30 minutes environ) Tamara est très gentille et réactive. Elle nous a donné aussi de bonnes recommandations.

Agree with all the other reviewers. This is a lovely older townhouse with two bedrooms upstairs. Toilet is downstairs. I absolutely loved sitting outside in the peaceful garden, but the mosquitoes are really bad, maybe just the time of the year. The house is spacious and its a very short walk to the shopping centre and 10 mins to old town. Ivana was very responsive and helpful. The only negative is that the shower is a small bathtub with shower curtain so the space is a bit small, but probably we're just not used to that style. Overall this is a great place to stay, no noise despite being so close to everything.

Dali was wonderful and gave us a warm welcome. She was there to clean the pool and answer any questions we had about the area. Very friendly and kind. The house was comfortable and well equity with everything we wanted and more! We had a wonderful stay and everyone enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach!

Ubytování bylo krásné,jen jsme byli překvapeni, že dole bydleli Domovů rodiče.Ale prakticky jsme o nich nevěděli a byli velice hodní.

Our stay at Karlo's villa was absolutely fantastic, even though the weather wasn't on our side! The villa itself is beautiful and well-equipped, providing a comfortable and relaxing base. This is truly a perfect place for someone who loves peace and quiet. The real highlight, however, was the heated pool. Despite the rain and cooler temperatures, the kids were able to spend hours splashing and playing, which truly saved our holiday. It made such a difference knowing they could still have so much fun outdoors regardless of the weather. Karlo was a great host, and we felt well looked after. We highly recommend Karlo's villa, especially if you're traveling with children – the heated pool is a game-changer! We can only imagine how amazing it would be in sunny weather!

Krasny dom - novy a stylovy, perfektne zariadeny. Terasa na streche s grilom a vyhladom na more - TOP. Na plaz je to cca 4-5 minut. Hostitel bol super priatelsky a ochotny, v pripade potreby vzdy k dispozicii. Radi sa sem opat vratime.
