Townhouse holiday rentals in Grad Zadar

Jasna is a great host, she brings towels and new sheets every week and is available if something is missing. she spoiled me and my guests by bringing cake, grapes and figs. the house has other two apartments upstairs both were filled with nice neighbours with children. the big garden ends directly at the little beach with harbour where you can swim. the little market and pub are a great asset to this quiet little place. it is a great location for a quiet holiday. I have been touring the island with a mounatinbike. Jasna brought maps and gave local advice. it was a wondedul holiday!

We had a lovely stay at the place. Everything was as shown on the pictures and the location was also optimal. Although not directly in the center, everything is within walking distance. Very beneficial was the parking space in front of the property.

The owner is very nice, smiling and helpful. The apartment is well equipped, only larger towels that can be taken to the beach could be used. But I would definitely go back there again.

We stayed during our first night in Zadar at Marin's place. Its location is just great, exactly inside the old town. The place itself is really nicely furnished, very clean, with all the ammenities you need. We appreciated very much the locker room where we could leave our luggage for a few hours, as we arrived before check in. We would definitely recommend!

The hostess was always friendly. The supermarket and the beach are very easily accessible on foot. The place is good for families.

The apartment was exactly as described and very nice. Particularly noteworthy is the hospitality of Maria's mother, who welcomed us warmly. The location is ideal: the sea is just a two minute walk away, a small supermarket for daily needs is also nearby. Also the old town is about 22 minutes walking distance, and the main train station is only six minutes away. The area is quiet and pleasant, perfect for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend this place!”

We were happy and satisfied with the place. It had everything we needed. We spent most of the time on the terrace anyway :) Silba is a special and chilled out place, we liked our stay a lot.

Really fantastically located vacation home. Very nice view of the sea. Beach right outside the front door. Great amenities, modern furnishings. Very comfortable beds. Unfortunately, we were there at the end of the season, so many restaurants and bars had already closed. But that's why it was also particularly quiet and not very touristy. In summer you can explore many restaurants in the area.

Absolutely special accommodation, the apartment looked exactly like the photos. The amenities were above average (washer with laundry detergent, dishwasher with tablets, vacuum cleaner, quality kitchen equipment), satellite TV (HBO, netflix, amazon prime…). Windows have mosquito nets, blinds for full blackout, air conditioning, of course. We received a crib upon request. There was also a utility room where a baby stroller could be stored, for example. The advantage was the covered garage. The shaded patio was very welcoming. The apartment is located two minutes from the beach and about a minute from the local grocery store. The host was very welcoming and kind. Definitely recommend :)

Great hosts, Lucija responded to everything. When we arrived at the apartment there was beer, wine & water in the fridge which was a nice touch and after a few days Lucija arrived with fresh vegetables from her garden and homemade apple strudel. Very clean apartment with comfortable beds. 10/15 minute walk into the old town and beach. Zadar was a beautiful city, we will return.
