Waterfront holiday rentals in Grad Zadar

I couldn't have had better hosts, so communicative responsive to all comms. The apartment has to be in one of if not the best location in Old town, great views always something going on outside in the square, being on the 4th floor meant you got a lovely breeze in the late afternoon. Ivica and Katrina also add some lovely personal touches, toiletries to get us started, coffee, tea and who doesn't like a bowl of fruit and another of sweets! The apartment had everything you could ask for. They also helped us to organise transport to and from the airport, there were guide maps as well. So pleased we chose them and their appartment, we will be back.

Friendly and helpful Mirjana hosted us in an apartment with a beautiful view. She was very helpful, she pointed us to places in the area that were worth recommending. A place to save and revisit. See you next season ✌🏻

My stay at Irene's was fantastic! Everything was clean, lovingly furnished, and exactly as described. Irene is an incredibly friendly and helpful host—you immediately feel welcome. I definitely recommend it; I would come back anytime.

Jadranka was one of the best Airbnb hosts I ever met - she provided all the provisions (tea-coffee-oil-towels- even sun screen was available for us to use. The apartment was spotless and across the road from the sea- also about 15 min walk to the old town. Any questions we asked were responded to immediately - I would recommend staying here very highly. Absolutely amazing, great host always welcome to help and super sweet was very welcoming and showed us some places on the map that are worth visiting , the place is amazing in a amazing location with bars, restaurants, beach and shops near by the view is absolutely stunning very clean apartment with a beautiful balcony and a bbq honestly no complaints at all will definitely visit again for a longer stay !!!! If you're not already convinced by the great pictures of this picturesque home then you will be pleasantly surprised by the amazing host Sabina. Super helpful with anything you ask her and even thinks ahead. You can book this accommodation without having to even think about possible regrets. Very quiet neighborhood - basically no neighbors - and sun on the place all day long. Pool is heated to a comfortable temperature and do not forget the amazing views of the nearby Velebit mountain range. If wanting to do activities outside the villa, a car is quite essential, as the nearby village/supermarket is a 45 minute walk. As I mentioned, you can book this place free of any regrets as confirmed by the many other (or only) 5 star reviews.

We had a fabulous week at Antonijas place. So easy with a pick up and drop off to the airport as we didn't have a car. Bus to Zadar just a short walk away. The accommodation is gorgeous, super clean, spacious and so peaceful - loved the stone walls! Everything was great. Sukosan is peaceful and very clean with a couple of little supermarkets to get stuff you need, and plenty of restaurants if you want to eat out. Thank you Antonija and family - highly recommended!

The apartment was perfectly clean and well equiped. There was everything you could need. It was really close to the sea - 30seconds to the sea and same to 3 supermarkets, what was a great advantage. Also there were reastaurants, icecream.. Very nice sandy beach suitable for kids was only few minutes of walking from the apartment. We couldnt imagine better place for us as a familly with 3 children.

Beautifully furnished apartment with stunning roof terrace with jacuzzi, sun loungers and sea views! A real gem! We can only recommend this stay... Nin and its surroundings are definitely worth exploring. The picturesque centre of Nin is within walking distance. We certainly hope to be able to come back here again!

This is the villa dreams are made of. Every detail is taken care of inside the villa with lovely furnishings and super comfortable beds. The roof terrace is a dream, we only tried the hot tub once as it was so warm when we were there but I can imagine it’s gorgeous on cooler nights. So close to the sea and a short walk to bars, restaurants and shops. Lovely owners - would definitely return

The apartment is great. It has a great view and it's fully furnished. The building is old and the elevator is small but when you go inside the apartment everything is perfect.

A beautiful, restful place to stay in Zadar. Close to all amenities and great restaurants. Very easy to get around. The apartment is immaculate. The bed was nicely firm, fluffy towels, everything you may need was there. The hosts really stood for us. Lovely couple, who enjoy what they do.

An apartment in all respects Compliant with what the listing stipulates, very clean, very practical with a nice terrace, and great services. The sea is 3 minutes away, the beach 5, the little cafe overlooking it is absolutely perfect. Afterwards, you have to be aware that the apartment is a bit out of the old town, and to get there you will have to count at least 1 half-hour walk, unless you take the boatmen who have been operating since the 14th century from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. It was the very friendly owner who gave us the tip!

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

The apartment is just like in the photos, spacious, clean and has rich amenities. The sea is really very close, 1-minute walk. Within 3 minutes the shores have shallow water with sand beneath that make it a great fit for families with small children. I would come back anytime to the apartment and the surroundings too. Our host was also very kind and responsive, she made sure that we can occupy the apartment as soon as possible - in fact we could get the keys 4.5 hours before the previously settled time.

We had a lovely five nights in Preko. Vjeran met us at the ferry and it was a quick three minute walk to the apartment. Lovely bright spacious place with two big bedrooms, nice seabreezes and a shady terrace for afternoons. He had left us a lovely platter of prosciutto and delicious local cheese and cherries, which we really appreciated. The location was perfect, quiet away from the busy center which thankfully isn’t very busy in June, but close to the beaches and walkable even to Kali. Our best dining experience was at Barbara Konoba just around the corner from the apartment. Definitely recommend for a quiet holiday away from the hustle and bustle in a great central location.

Staying at Kristina's apartment in Bibinje was great. A beachfront home. Contact with Kristina is sensational and immediate. My wife and I were there for a week and it was great. Shops nearby, bars and restaurants. The beach is clean. Hassle-free accommodation and check-in. The apartment was very clean. There was everything you needed and more. A great surprise from host Kristina is delicious pralines and tincture that were waiting for us in the apartment when we arrived. We'll definitely be back!
