Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Grad Zadar

We enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful and as described, the garden is an absolute highlight. We were able to eat kumquats and season our food with the herbs! Those who arrive at the right time will also get their own tomatoes and potatoes. Three hammocks under olive trees and an outdoor shower make a sunny day even better! Only the small thistles should be careful if you like to walk barefoot or have small children, but is not a big problem. The pdf file that Anamarija had already sent in advance includes all the information about the house and the area. Marija was waiting for us and gave us the most important information. Questions were answered within minutes. We fully recommend this place!

We enjoyed our stay! The location with the sea in front of the door is just perfect to relax! Dragica welcomed us warmly and there were cold drinks in the fridge to welcome us, which was perfect after the flight. If we had any questions, we could write at any time. The apartment is spacious and clean. The two balconies are great. We thank Dragica for the great stay and will be happy to come back. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place to be. You can go to Vir for dinner in the evening by car. Nin and Zadar are also very easy to reach!

Snježana was great as a host! She responded quickly via App, gave tips for activities, welcomed us with open arms on a weekday night at 1a.m. and even had a bowl of cheese and meat in the fridge and had something to drink. During the week, she put food for us a few more times and she even apologized for the moderate weather in her country. Very sweet and caring, kind of a holiday mom 😄 The apartment is cozy and clean and has all the amenities. The garden and terrace are spacious and nicely furnished. We could play basketball and eat outside. Around the corner is also a delicious Cevapi restaurant. All in all a great recommendation. Thanks! 💙

Zlatko is a fantastic host. He made us feel right at home, extremely friendly, helpful and generously spoiling us with wine and home made snacks on the night of arrival, enjoyed with good and intelligent conversation. The apartment is very clean and well equipped and (rocky) beach is nearby. It’s a peaceful place with little noise and people, but it was already off-season. Albeit the weather was not so good, we highly recommend staying here as the area has many nice things to see and do. But you do need a car to get around. And Zlatko is just a truly genuine, kind and generous man. If ever in the area again, we would certainly come back here. Thank you Zlatko for the wonderful experience! :)

Ana was very friendly, helpful and always responded quickly to messages. At the beginning, she gave great tips on what to do in the area. Apartment was clean and well equipped, looked nicer than in the pictures. Ana allowed us to check out later because our flight was only in the evening and we are very grateful for it.

Were there for 3 days for a short trip and it was relatively central and nice, host very friendly. I highly recommend it

The house is perfect for larger groups seeking a quiet and comfortable place to spend their holidays. We had great hopes for the accommodation in advance but despite that, it was even more pleasantly surprised by the location and all the amenities that were in place. Bibinje is a very cozy village just outside Zadar, with good restaurant selection, bakery and grocery store. For those who want to swim in the sea, it is only a shorter walk. Kruno as a host gets the highest rating, constantly helpful and very nice. He helped us with everything from transportation to and from the airport, tips on restaurants, and excursions to take. The bottom line is this a great place to stay with a great host, here we would love to come again! // Ingrid & Family

Myself and a group of friends visited Marijana’s place in June - we chose this house because of the great value compared to similar properties nearby. We were so pleased with the whole experience - the house is massive and spotless, and though it is a little out of the way, it affords a bit of peace and quiet. In particular we liked the size of the kitchen, the pool, and the outdoor cooking area, and the views of the nearby national park. I’d highly recommend this property to a family or group of friends.

We had a very nice stay at the Airbnb. It was super clean and very straightforward communication with the host. We even got a few tips for nearby restaurants, which were super easy to reach. The view from the balcony is just a dream. The journey was very easy, as the ferry from Zadar runs very often during the day. All in all, a very quiet and relaxing place to relax and jump into the sea. We will definitely come back. Thank you very much

Everything was great, Dario is very nice and communicative. The place is located in a quiet area, few minutes walk to the beach and main bus station in Zadar. It looked just like on the pictures, very clean. I recommend!

My partner and I came to Zadar for a few days before moving to the archipelago. Our stay with Zlata and her daughter Marta as hosts was exceptional. The apartment is located in Borik, a quieter part of the coastline. Near the apartment are many beaches and sea to enjoy as well as restaurants, bars and a grocery store which fit all of our needs. The distance to the city was a nice walk of about 40mins or a short car trip of about 10mins. For having the experience of seeing Zadar but not being overwhelmed by tourists, our stay was perfect. Marta was very generous and always helpful to our needs. She even brought us fresh picked cherries from the cherry tree out front. Delicious. Would recommend this apartment to anyone who vibes with the same desires and if looking for a host to stay with, have rarely experienced better in our travels than Marta and Zlata.

Davor is very friendly host. We had no problem to find apartment and do the check in and check out. Great location with everything at hand and in walkable distance. Sea view from balcony is perfect. Apartment has everything you need also for a longer stay. Kitchen is very well equipped.

Gorgeous little flat and valentina was the most helpful host we could’ve had. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here for the week.

Really beautiful place to stay. Nice small pool for keeping cool and a nice shady outdoor area to eat. Bbq area really cool too. Lots of wildlife and nature nearby. It really is a peaceful private area. We walked into Zadar most days. Uber or Bolt doesn’t recognize the address so you have to get it to Berekin just a short walk away (but bear this in mind coming back with shopping). There is a short walk to small supermarket, bakery, green grocers, and a really nice pizzeria “Fragola”. Great host too.

Me and my two sisters took our families for a week. It was great that we could all have our own apartments but at the same time there was fantastic communal space. The whole property is secure and enclosed which is a must when you have children. Ida’s son gave us a map and marked off beaches and restaurants for us. You are able to order taxis via the Uber app and it only cost €4-6 to get to Zadar old town.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Field Hill. Everything was very lovely. The host was super responsive, and very fast to answer any questions. She even brought us fresh grown vegetables during our stay. A really great experience.

Everything looked new. Excellent location with just a 10/15 minute walk into the old town. Just 2 minutes from the sea front. Small supermarket just 1 minute away, and a very large supermarket just 10 minutes. The accommodation was better than expected, and even had a hot tub that we were not expecting. I would recommend to anybody. Very spacious. Shaded outdoor patio, and heated pool.

Great Airbnb with plenty of space, cozy beds and couch as well as a very nice pool. We were even allowed to check in earlier and check out later. It was all very straightforward.

A lovely house, undersold by its photos. Excellent value for money. If you're considering this for a small/medium group I wouldn't look any further, unless you value being central to Zadar. Even then, its doable. The outdoor area and ground floor are the real selling points. Abundance of seating. Marta was responsive to any queries or issues, and had some flexibility with our check in/out times to give us a little more time to get up and out. Marta's mother lives next door, and attended to the property early each morning to clean the pool, etc - which was a nice touch. ______ Only a couple of drawbacks, but none with the property directly: We had some issues with the speaker that was provided, so recommend bringing your own if you want music. (Thankfully we did just that). Taxis seem to take a long time to get to the local area, for when we wanted to go into central Zadar. Normally 20mins+ wait. Just bear this in mind. Also - bring bug spray/repellant!
