Smještaj je bio odličan, sve je bilo uredno i čisto, smještaj točno odgovara fotografijama u oglasu, Petra je odličan domaćin te nas je dočekala u smještaju kojom prilikom nam je dala i nekoliko preporuka obzirom da smo prvi put bili u Zadru, sve preporuke za ovaj smještaj 😀

Die Wohnung ist top! Matej und Nena waren perfekte Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, sauber und genauso wie auf den Bildern und in Wirklichkeit sogar größer, als es darauf aussieht. Vom Balkon und durch die Fenster von Wohnzimmer und Esstisch hast du einen wunderbaren Ausblick aufs Meer. Obwohl die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss liegt, ist es dank der Klimaanlage auch im Hochsommer darin nicht zu heiß. Bei unserer Ankunft (bei 39 Grad!) hatte Nena uns die Wohnung bereits klimatisiert übergeben, was nach der langen Autofahrt erst einmal eine Wohltat war. Außerdem war der Kühlschrank mit Getränken für uns befüllt und kleine Snacks standen bereit. So einen Service haben wir vorher noch nicht erlebt! Waschmittel, Kosmetikprodukte, Spülmaschinentabs, alles bereit da! Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß 5 min, mit dem Rad brauchst du in die Altstadt vielleicht 20 min. Restaurants und Supermärkte sind direkt in der Nähe der Wohnung. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Naprostá spokojenost. Hodně příjemná paní hostitelka. Krásné a čisté ubytování. Určitě se znovu vrátíme.

We had a great stay at Kristina's apartment, which was clean, well-equipped and in a good location. Kristina was a fab host - very responsive and helpful! The apartment is as described - we did find on-street parking a bit tricky as there were limited spaces, but we always found somewhere! Overall we had a lovely time and had some wonderful trips to Krka NP, Plitvice NP and Rab Island.

Marcos apartment was very nice, especially the ocean view and the playground for our kids. It was very quiet and the place was clean and comfortable. He even let us use the laundry room. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful,modern ,spacious,sunny,bright apartment with great view. Great location,nice walk to Old Town. Shop right under the apartment and bakery next to apartment. Mate is great host. Very friendly and communicative. Warmly recommend this apartment.

We stayed at Matijas apartment for one week. Upon checking in Matija showed us around the apartment and showed us where the beaches were. It was great touch. His family were really friendly and baked is a cake which was delicious! The apartment is a 5 minute walk away from the beach and 15 mins into centre of Zadar but you still get the peace of a quiet neighbourhood. The apartment had everything we needed and the bed was really comfortable. We would definitely recommend this air bnb and Croatia in general! Thank you!

Mycket bra boende, vårt flyg var mycket försenat Boro tog emot oss trots sen ankomst. Ordnade också en taxi som väntade på oss på flygplatsen, mycket smidigt. Bra gångavstånd till stranden. Många trevliga restauranger nära boendet, samt en bra liten livsmedelsbutik runt hörnet. Tar ca 40 minuter om man vill gå in till Gamla stan, kan också ta buss för en billig penning. Vi uppskattat mycket att det fanns kall dryck i kylen när vi kom. Kan varmt rekommendera detta boende.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt bei Tanja. Sie stand schon auf der Straße und hat auf uns gewartet, hat mir alle erklärt, gab mir tolle Empfehlungen und Hilfestellungen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung von Tanja gefühlt. Ich möchte auch die kleinen Details erwähnen, an die Tanja gedacht hat. In der Küche finden sie alles nötige, aber auch darüber hinaus. Wir hatte Wasser, Saft, Kleinigkeiten für den Frühstück vorgefunden. Aber auch Tee, Kaffee, alles, was man in der Küche so braucht. Im Bad finden alle, die was vergessen haben: Shampoo, Duschgel, Zahnpasta etc. Es sind Kleinigkeiten, aber sie zeigen, mit welcher Liebe Tanja die Wohnung für die Gäste eingerichtet hat. Vielen Dank! Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Wärmste Empfehlung, wenn jemand auf die Insel kommt.

Wow! Ich habe mich von der ersten Minute sehr wohl gefühlt bei Vesna. Solche herzlichen und freundlichen Menschen trifft man nicht oft. Die Unterkunft war für mich perfekt. Man kann ruhig in den Morgen starten mit Blick auf das Meer und von Bininje sind es nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto nach Zadar. Wenn man kein Auto hat, kann man sich auch per Bolt/Uber sehr günstig fahren lassen. Vesna war immer erreichbar und hat einen sehr gute Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben. Ich habe den Aufenthalt geliebt. Es ist ein Supermarkt (Spar) 10 min zu Fuß entfernt. Auch tolle Restaurants und einen Strand gibt es nicht weit von hier. Wenn ich mehr als 5 Sterne geben könnte, ich würde es tun!Ich komme auf jeden Fall mal wieder hierher. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Lejligheden er helt fantastisk. Stor altan med 180 graders havudsigt og derudover tagterrasse med solsenge. Gode bademuligheder fra molen neden for huset. Kan stærkt anbefales!

Skvele nové a krásne bývanie, nádherne bazény a krásny výhľad na more. Parkovanie pri objekte a blízko na pláž. Na plazi chýbali stromy, nebol žiadny tieň, ináč super. 🙂👍 Ďakujeme

It was our first trip to Croatia. We spend nice time. Igor's house had everything we needed. Privlaka is a quiet town with a nice sandy beach. There are many places nearby to explore. We will be happy to visit this place again.

Unser Urlaub bei Vesna war wirklich rundum sehr gelungen. Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet, sehr geräumig, das Bett ist bequem und die riesige Terrasse mit dem wundervollen Meerblick ist einfach grandios. Ebenso grandios ist der (gemeinsam mit der 2. Wohnung im Haus genutzte) Infinity-Pool mit Meerblick. Viele interessante Sehenswürdigkeiten sind per Fahrrad oder Auto in kurzer Zeit bequem zu erreichen (z.B. die Städte Nin und Zadar bzw. die Insel Vir). Und last but not least: Vesna und ihr Mann Ivan sind als Gastgeber wunderbar - sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und vor allem gastfreundlich. Wir hatten wirklich eine ganz tolle Zeit in der "Villa Vesna No. 1" und können den Aufenthalt dort uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Danke nochmals für alles! :-)

We had a great stay! The apartment was spotless. You really can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Zadar, with everything from cafes to historic sites just a short walk away. While the outside of the building might not win any beauty contests, the interior is modern, cozy, and well taken care of.

We stayed here for a 2 nights at the start of our holiday and arrived late at night. Check in was easy and it was easy to find in the old town. Marija had provided a high chair and cot for our baby which were prepared and excellent - thank you. The apartment is in the middle of the old town and makes everything easy to get to. A small supermarket is round the corner, as well as bars and restaurants. Car parks are close by too, we hired a car and managed to get parking close to the apartment just outside the old walls. The balcony was great, it's safe for children and enclosed. The only couple of points to mention that I think other people have said - the apartment is at the top of the building and no lift, so lots of stairs - but we knew this and were ok with this. We also stayed on Friday and Saturday nights so you can sometimes hear some distance background music from bar/club but this is the be expected and it didn't wake the kids - so we were happy! Excellent place to stay!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Apartment. Es ist fußläufig von der Innenstadt entfernt und hat mehrere Supermärkte und die Galeria in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ivan ist ein toller Gastgeber, er antwortet schnell und ist herzlich. Das Apartment ist klein aber voll ausgestattet, dort wurde wirklich das Beste aus dem vorhandenen Platz gemacht, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der einzige Nachteil ist vielleicht dass die Wohnung im 5. Stock liegt. Wir werden definitiv versuchen bei unserem nächsten Trip nach Zadar wieder in den Apartment unterzukommen. Sehr empfehlenswert! ❤️

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable chez Eriba et Peter ! Leur sens de l’hospitalité est remarquable : toujours disponibles pour nous donner de précieux conseils, tout en restant discrets et respectueux de notre intimité. Leur sourire et leur gentillesse ont rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Le logement est d’une propreté impeccable et extrêmement cosy, parfait pour se sentir comme à la maison. Sans aucun doute, ce sont les meilleurs hôtes que nous avons rencontrés en Croatie ! Nous recommandons vivement leur logement et espérons revenir très bientôt.

We have just returned from a fantastic week visiting the island of Vir and staying in Davor & Amy's perfect property! Fantastic location for a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Although it was peak summer season it was much more peaceful than Zadar and all guests were respectful of each other that can only be a credit to Amy & Davor's hosting skills and subtle touches to ensure all areas are well maintained and made easy for guests to use.

Absolutely amazing place! Probably the first AirBnB I stayed at that looked way better than in the photos and the photos were pretty good! We had a fantastic time and Monika was just lovely! Thanks for having us!

The place is awesome and brand new. I had my family with me and having enough room to have privacy but also an option to spend time together. I was impressed with the place. The host was nice and very helpful. the amenities were plentiful, clean hotbtub and sauna, 2 stocked kitchens for cooking the local fish, meat and vegis that are just near by, and ask him about his friend with a boat who gives a full day knowledgeable tour of the local islands and shipwreck which made our trip.
